【実施例】以下本発明の一実施例につき図1乃至図4を
参照して説明するに、まず図1に於いて、1は本体であ
り、外枠2を外郭とし、該外枠2の上端面を上枠3によ
って構成している。又、本体1には図2に示すように内
枠4を内装しており、この内枠4に釜5とこれを加熱す
るヒータ(図示せず)を内装している。6は釜5の上面
の開口部に被設した内蓋である。又、7は上枠3の図中
右方の一方側に形成したヒンジ受け部、8は同上枠3の
図中左方の他方側に形成した爪掛け部である。一方、9
は釜5の上面の開口部を覆う蓋で、これは詳細には外蓋
10及び中蓋11を有して成るものであり、その両蓋間
には断熱材12等を配設している。又、外面に於いては
外蓋10にその外周部の一箇所からそれとは反対側の一
箇所へと径方向に橋架状に延びる把手部13の本体部1
4を一体に形設すると共に、該把手部本体部14の一端
部に於いてヒンジ片部15(図4参照)をやはり一体に
形設し、而してこのヒンジ片部15を前記ヒンジ受け部
7外に位置させ、その後その間に側方からヒンジ軸16
を通して渡すことにより、蓋9全体として前記本体1に
開閉回動可能に枢設している。17は後に述べる引張り
コイルスプリング用の保持部材である掛け板、18はヒ
ンジカバーで、そのうち掛け板17を上記ヒンジ受け部
7内に位置させ、その後ヒンジカバー18をヒンジ受け
部7及び掛け板17を覆う様にして上枠3に上記掛け板
17と共にねじ19によって取着している。これに対し
20は蓋9の上記ヒンジ片部15とは反対側の部位に設
けた蓋ロック装置で、これも詳細にはベース部材21及
びロックレバー22を有して成るものであり、そのうち
ベース部材21を前記外蓋10の他端部上に載置せしめ
て中蓋11の下方から通したねじ23により固着し、そ
の後ロックレバー22の中間部を軸24によって上記ベ
ース部材21に回動可能に枢着し、そして該ロックレバ
ー22とベース部材21との間には圧縮コイルスプリン
グ25を介設して、そのばね力によりロックレバー22
