10等を配設している。又、外面に於いては外蓋8にそ
の外周部の一箇所からそれとは反対側の一箇所へと径方
向に橋架状に延びる把手部11の本体部12を一体に形
設すると共に、該把手部本体部12の一端部に於いてヒ
ンジ片部13 (図4参照)をやはり一体に形設し、而
してこのヒンジ片部13を前記ヒンジ受は部4内に位置
させ、その後その間に側方からヒンジ軸14を通して渡
すことにより、蓋7全体として前記本体1に開閉可能に
枢設している。 尚、15は後に述べる引張りコイルスプリング用の掛は
板、16はヒンジカバーで、そのうち掛は板15を上記
ヒンジ受は部4内に位置させ、その後ヒンジカバー16
をヒンジ受は部4等を覆う様にして枠6に上記掛は板1

12の他にその上面の開放部を塞ぐカバー25を有して
成るもので、全体として図3にも示す様に中空状を成し
、その内部にはカバー25を装着する前の状態に於いて
引張りコイルスプリング26をその長平方向に沿って配
設し、又、該スフリング26は一端部を前記掛は板15
に掛止させることにより該Flr&f板15を介して本
体1に連結し、他端部を前記蓋ロック装置18のベース
部材19に掛止させることにより該ベース部材19を介
して蓋7に連結しており、斯かる構成にて蓋7に開放力

イルスプリング26を使用しており、この引張りコイル
スプリング26によれば、捩りコイルスプリングがその
両方の端部から従来の蓋や本体に与えた様な強烈なスト
レスを蓋7や本体1に与えることはなく、従ってそれら
蓋7及び本体1を従来の様に補強する必要も無くなって
、その設計、製作を容易にでき、製品価格の高騰化を抑
止することができる。又、引張りコイルスプリング26
は捩りコイルスプリングと違って寿命も長いものであり
、従って長期間にわたって高い信頼性を得ることができ
