は釜5の上面の開口部を覆う蓋で、これは詳細には外蓋
10及び中蓋11を有して成るものであり、その両蓋間
には断熱材12等を配設している。又、外面に於いては
外蓋10にその外周部の一箇所からそれとは反対側の一
箇所へと径方向に橋架状に延びる把手部13の本体部1
4を一体に形設すると共に、該把手部本体部14の一端
部に於いてヒンジ片部15(図4参照)をやはり一体に
形設し、而してこのヒンジ片部15を前記ヒンジ受け部
7外に位置させ、その後その間に側方からヒンジ軸16
を通して渡すことにより、蓋9全体として前記本体1に
開閉回動可能に枢設している。17は後に述べる引張り
コイルスプリング用の掛け板、18はヒンジカバーで、
