Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an acidic cleaner which can maintain a given viscosity during its use and does not scatter to damage the skin and clothes by mixing succinoglucan, an inorganic acid and water as basic components and specifying the acidity of the mixture. CONSTITUTION:An acidic cleaner with a pH of 1 or less, comprising 0.2-2.0wt.% succinoglucan, 3-15wt.% (in terms of effective concentration) inorganic acid, 0-5wt.% surfactant and 94.8-78wt.% water as basic components. The viscosity of the acidic cleaner is not reduced during storage after its production and hence can be expected to remain constant during its use. Thus, the cleaner does not scatter to damage the skin and clothes. Moreover, the object can be coated with a given amount of the cleaner, so that they can be washed more efficiently.

ーガム、ペクチン、ローカストビーンガム、キサンタン
ガム、ラムザンガム、ウニランガム、ジェランガム及び
サクシノグルカン等の天然の水溶性多糖類、カルボキシ
メチルセルローズ、ヒドロキシエチルセルローズ、メチ
ルセルローズ等の水溶性のセルローズ誘導体等の水溶性
高分子を使用した。この中で、アラビアガム、アルギン
酸ソーダ、カラギーナン、ペクチン、及びローカストビ
ーンガムでは、濃度の高低に関わらず、無機酸を添加し
た瞬間に粘度が低下し始め、数分後にはいずれも増粘は
なされていなかった。その他のものでは、添加時に増粘
はみられた。グアーガムを1%添加した場合、無機酸3
乃至10重量パーセントの系では増粘できるが、初期粘
度が約4700c psであるのに対し、1日後は15

用時の粘度が一定でなく、ペーハー1以下の無機酸系に
おいては粘度は期待できなかった。当該発明により、製
造後、在庫期間中に粘度低下の生じず、従って使用時に
一定粘度が期待でき、飛び散って、皮膚及び衣類を侵し
たりすることが無いばかりか、洗浄対象面に一定量塗布
できる為大幅に洗浄効率が上がるものである。
