Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、手術時の麻酔、呼吸不全時の人工呼吸、酸素
吸入等の時に患者に供給されるガスＬこ温度と湿度を付
加する加湿器に関する。ｈＹ来の加湿器Ｍ　ｊ；い−Ｃ
は蛇管内■の温度セン＋Ｊ−が体温近くの設定温度に等
しくなるように加湿水槽加温ヒーターを制御した。この
場合には並・要どする温度と湿度は得られるが、加湿器
とμ名をつなぐ蛇管が室温で冷却され蛇管内壁に結露が
著し／く付着い場合によっては、轡当の気管に流入する
危険があり、叉虻管内の細菌の汚染も蛇管内の水分が多
い稈暑し・い等の研究※）】告もある。又蛇管内ζこヒ
ーター４・入れて加温することここよって結露な防往２
する方法もあるが設定温度と室温の温度差が小さい時等
ζ、−は、蛇管ヒーターの熱量だけ′Ｔ：ｘｒｘ定温度
（こ到達して加湿水の温度が低く供給ガスが加湿水槽を
通過後に蛇管ヒーターで加湿されるためζこ相対）ソ度
が不星する等の不都合がある６　本発明は、これらの必
蛯な湿度を確保することと、蛇管内壁の結露を防止する
という相反する請求を同時に満たず加ｌＪ器を提供する
ことにある。
図面に従って説明すると、 （１）は温度設定人力スイッチ、（２）（！Ｒｉ（％段
定人力スイッチでｌ＜１１％は７０〜８０％に設定する
。
（１５）はａｂｓＨｍｇ／ｌ表示尤−スイッチで今ごれ
を押すと（１４）数字表示器に設定された温度、８８％
のａｂｓＨｍｇ／ｌが計算表示される。人体の場合通常
ａ　ｂ　ｓ　Ｈｒｎ　ｇ　／　ｌは　３０〜３５位が適
当といわれているので必要湿度をＲＨ％ではなく　ａ　
ｒｉ　ｓ　Ｈｍ　ｇ　／　Ｉて設定する。設定が済めば
器械は先ず１算表示されたａ　ｂ　ｓ　Ｈｍ　ｇ　／　
Ｉζこ等しい飽和湿度に相当する空気温度を計算してそ
の温度と（１１）加湿水検出［］温度セセンサが等しく
なるように（９）加湿水槽加温ヒーターを制御する。
次に（１２）蛇管出口温度センサーと設定温度が等しく
なるように（１０）蛇管ヒーターを制御する。
以ｊ−の制御によって蛇管な通る空気のＲＨ％は１００
％てはなく通常７０〜８０％で室温によって結露するこ
とが殆どなく、蛇管出■の温度は設定温度に制御されそ
のａ、　ｂ　ｓ　Ｈｍ　ｇ　／　ｌは必要水分子ＪＵを
確保する。（１３）加湿水槽底部温度セン→ノーは加湿
水が消費されて補充がないときに急に温度が１打するの
で（１１）加湿水検出［１温度セン１ノーと比較４゛る
ことζこよりその温度差が多め設３１された温度差を超
λたときζこ水イ・足アラームを発−４るためのもので
ある。
本発明は、蛇管内面の結露を最小限に押えながら必要と
する温度と湿度を含んた空気を想、者に供給することか
出来、その効果は太さい。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 加湿水槽底部の温度を検知する温度センサー（１３）、
    加湿水槽加温ヒーター（９）、加湿水槽出口温度センサ
    ー（１１）、蛇管ヒーター（１０）、蛇管出口温度セン
    サー（１２）によって構成される加湿器において、設定
    された温度と相対湿度％（以後ＲＨ％）から、その絶対
    温度ｍｇ／ｌ（以後ａｂｓＨｍｇ／ｌ）を計算し表示す
    る。計算されたａｂｓＨｍｇ／ｌに等しい飽和湿度に相
    当する空気の温度を計算して、この温度と加湿水槽出口
    温度センサー（１１）が等しくなるように加湿水槽加温
    ヒーター（９）を制御する、蛇管出口温度センサー（１
    ２）が設定温度と等しくなるように、蛇管ヒーター（１
    ０）を制御することを特徴とする加湿器。
