Further, there was a problem in that even a small amount of the odor may remain. Further, there is a problem in that the odor after the deodorant and the malodor react may become unpleasant.

。In view of these circumstances, the present invention aims to reduce the odor that occurs after using a shaver, especially the odor of sweat and body odor, or the bad odor that occurs from sebum, skin, and beard residue adhering to the shaver. However, it is an object of the present invention to provide a deodorizing agent for shavers that always exhibits fast-acting and high deodorizing effects and is also effective in terms of shaver maintenance.

Although the content of glyoxal is not particularly limited, it is preferably 0.1 to 500 parts by weight based on 1 part by weight of the deodorizing active ingredient (or extract) obtained from the plant. The odor agent must contain an antibacterial agent in order to kill the bacteria adhering to the shaver or prevent their proliferation, thereby preventing the bad odor generated from the bacteria. Antibacterial agents include, but are not particularly limited to, surfactants, isopropylmethylphenol, and the like. The surfactant may be any of cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, and nonionic surfactants, but among these, benzalkonium chloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, etc. are particularly preferred. . Although the content of the antibacterial agent is not particularly limited, it is preferably 0.1 to 10 parts by weight per 1 part by weight of the deodorizing active ingredient (or extract) obtained from the plant.

This is because the aroma of the plant essential oil and the malodor or foreign odor are mixed and the odor is sensually offset, giving the deodorant quick-acting properties and reinforcing its deodorizing power.

It is preferable that If the upper limit of this range is exceeded, the aroma of the plant essential oil will become too strong, which may give an unpleasant feeling due to its masking effect. Also,
This is because if the amount is below the lower limit of the above range, there is a possibility that the effect of offsetting the odor may not be exhibited.

The method for adjusting the pH is not particularly limited, but includes, for example, a method of adding an alkaline solution such as an aqueous potassium hydroxide solution or an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, a buffering solution, and the like. Note that pH adjustment is usually performed in a state that does not contain liquid paraffin. In addition, as described above, when ethanol is included, it is carried out in a state that does not contain both liquid paraffin and ethanol.
