- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 拡散反射面の切断端面を有する金属プレス部品
につき前記切断端面の位置を検査するための部品
検査装置であつて、 金属プレス部品の切断端面に向けて光の照射方
向が設定される照明装置と、 この照明装置による照明下で金属プレス部品の
切断端面と、その切断端面の虚像を生成し得る金
属プレス部品の金属面または金属プレス部品を支
持する支持面に形成された鏡面とを同一視野内に
含ませて撮像するための撮像装置と、 撮像装置により得た金属プレス部品の画像につ
き切断端面の画像部分とその切断端面の虚像の画
像部分との間の位置関係から切断端面の位置を認
識する画像処理装置とを備えて成る部品検査装置
。
