- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明であつて薄い肉厚の筒状体を検査対象とし
て筒外形を検査するための視覚検査装置であつて
、 照明装置と撮像装置とから成り、 前記照明装置は、検査対象の背後に所定の距離
隔てて配置された拡散板と、拡散板の背後に配置
された光源と、拡散板の近傍に配置され投射領域
を制限するためのスリツト孔を備えたスリツト板
とを含み、 前記撮像装置は、検査対象を中間にして拡散板
と対向させて位置させており、 検査対象と照明装置との間の距離を撮像装置と
検査対象との間の距離以上の値に設定されて成る
視覚検査装置。
