    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属部品を検査するセンサー部と前記金属部品を検査中
    に移動させるベルトコンベアよりなり、前記センサー部
    はフォトダイオードを一直線上に配置したイメージセン
    サーとその前面に配置されたかまぼこ型レンズと前記イ
    メージセンサーと前記レンズの中間に設けられたハーフ
    ミラーよりなり、センサー部内の光源をハーフミラーで
    被検査部品に反射させ、該反射光をイメージセンサーで
    感知することにより検査するようにし更にセンサー部は
    ベルトコンベア上の被検査部品の移動方向に対し直角方
    向と被検査部品上を往復移動しながら検査するようにし
    たことを特徴とする金属部品の精密検査装置。
