Abstract

PURPOSE:To able to provide a band for turban and hair coil in good shape by folding back to the rear side of the projecting portion of cloth slide-off in approximately triangular shape produced at the time of sewing a seamed portion. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like material having a predetermined length and width with a knit assembled body having a round cylindrical diameter is formed to be folded into two so that the rear side comes to the surface in the longitudinal direction. Then both ends are overlapped. Then the end fringes of overlapped portion 3 are mend sewn on the fringe to form a sewn part so as to obtain a band body 4. When the overlapped portion of the band body 4 is developed, the projecting portion of cloth slide off in an approximately triangular configuration located in the upper and lower ends is projected from the upper end fringe 4a and lower end fringe 4b of the band body. The projecting portion 5, 5 is folded back to the rear side with the upper and lower end fringes 4a, 4b as a folding line. The folded part is sewn onto the sewn part 3 at thread ends 6b, 6b. Then folding back to the rear side, a band 7 having an upper and lower end fringes 4a, 4b of the band body without ends on the approximately upper and lower ends of the sewn par 3 is obtained and molded into an approximately straight shape. In such a process the outlook is quite favorable and it can be used for hair coils.

(Prior Art) Endless hand-shaped tarpans are used when washing the face, playing sports, and as a fan. On the other hand, it has become popular for women to have long hair, and people are now wrapping their hair around themselves with rubber hands or the like in positions as shown in FIG.

As conventional examples of the tarpan, for example, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11
The one shown in the figure is common. The conventional example shown in No. 10 [J is a telescopic braided body 1 having a small diameter circular cylindrical shape as shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 3, a decorative part a such as a flower or a rectangular shape is formed by twisting both ends of a band-shaped material 2 having the required length and width and sewing the joined parts together. The tarpan is used with the decorative part a positioned at the rear of the head.

The conventional example shown in Fig. 11 is a belt-shaped material made of a large-diameter round cylindrical elastic braided body with a size twice the required width of the tarpan as shown in Fig. 1211iIU (A), as shown in Fig. 11 (B). Fold it in half in the width direction so that the back side becomes the front side, and sew the overlapping edges together to form a sewn part C to obtain an endless band body d, as shown in Figure (C). This is obtained by positioning the sewn portion C at the center of the hand body d in the width direction, and then turning it over so that the front surface is the front side.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional tarpan shown in Figs. 10 and 11 has no problem when used as a tarpan, but it is used for hair wrapping as shown in Fig. 13. If you do this, you will have to wrap your hair around it several times because the diameter of the tarpan is large. At this time, since the decorative part a in Fig. 10 is bulky,
If this part does not fit the hair and is exposed on the outer surface, it will look unsightly. On the other hand, in the one shown in FIG. 11, the sewn portion C provided in the circumferential direction at the center of the back surface of the hand body is largely exposed on the outer surface, making it unsightly.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, we created a structure that eliminates the decorative part and does not have a long sewn part.As shown in Fig. One possible method is to sew it together to make an endless hand body.

However, with this method, as shown in Figure 4, when sewing both ends, triangular protrusions inevitably occur at both the upper and lower ends of the sewn part due to misalignment of the fabric, resulting in a very unsightly finished product. Put it away.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a means for achieving the above object, the present invention flattens a small-diameter circular cylindrical braided body to form a strip-shaped material having a required length and width, and An endless hand body is obtained by folding in half in the length direction so that the back side becomes the front side, overlapping both ends, and stitching the edges of this overlapping part to form a sewn part. Expand the overlapping part of the hand body, fold the approximately triangular fabric displacement protruding parts that occurred during the sewing process at the upper and lower ends of the sewn part to the back side, and sew or glue this folded part onto the sewn part. By fixing it with a means and then turning it over so that the front surface is the front side, a hand is obtained in which the lower end of the sewn portion on the road is aligned with the upper and lower edges of the endless hand body and the road surface. .

(実施例) 以下、本発明の製造法を図面により詳述する。(Example) Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 shows a small-diameter circular cylindrical braided body 1 used in the present invention, which is braided using a machine such as a hosiery circular knitting machine. Since this braided body 1 is stretchable and formed as a long body, it is cut to the same length as the circumference of the intended hand. This braided body 1 is flattened as shown in FIG. 3, and is subjected to heat pressing as necessary to form a band-shaped material 2 having a required length and width. Next, this strip-shaped material 2 is folded in half in the length direction so that the back side becomes the front side, and both ends are overlapped, and the edges of the two overlapped parts are sewn with edge stitching to form a sewn part 3 as shown in Fig. 4. A hunt body 4 is obtained by forming. At this time, the edge-edge stitch is sewn using Oharonokuminn on one wooden needle and two wooden threads 6a, but of course the present invention is not limited to this. However, the sewing part 3
In forming the belt-like material 2, since the fabric of the strip material 2 is a stretchable braided body, the fabric shifts in a protruding manner at the beginning and end of sewing, especially at the end of sewing, as shown in the figure. Therefore, when the overlapping portion of the muco-hunt body 4 is unfolded as shown in FIG.
Approximately triangular fabric displacement protruding portions 5, 5 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the hunt body 4 to protrude from the upper edge 4a and lower edge 4b of the hunt body 4.

Therefore, in the present invention, next, the protruding portion 5.5 is folded back to the back side (the paper side of FIGS. 6 and 7) using the upper and lower edges 4a and 4b of the hand body 4 as folding lines, and this folded portion Thread end 6b at the beginning and end of sewing.

(Effects of the Invention) When the present invention forms an endless hand body by sewing both ends of a flattened belt-like material made of a small-diameter circular cylindrical braided body, the present invention provides a method for forming an endless hand body at the upper and lower ends of the sewing part, which occurs during the sewing process. By folding the approximately triangular fabric displacement protruding portion to the back side and fixing this folded portion onto the sewn portion by sewing or adhesive means, the lower end of the road of the sewn portion meets the upper and lower edges of the endless hand body. Since it is possible to obtain a hand shaped like the road surface, the appearance is extremely good, and there is no possibility of fraying of the sewing thread from the sewn portion. Furthermore, even if the hand obtained according to the present invention is used for wrapping hair, the sewn part is only exposed as a single line in the width direction, which is different from that shown in conventional figures 10 and 11. Compared to the hand shown in , the winding is good in appearance with no visible seams on the outside.
