Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate leveling of a floor backing member so as to shorten a construction period by horizontally cutting off a required number of foundations made of foaming resin in accordance with a reference line, and laying a floor backing member and a floor finishing member thereon in sequence. CONSTITUTION:A required number of foundations 10... made of foaming resin are arranged on a concrete slab 1. A cutting tool using a thermal nichrome wire 12 and the like is moved horizontally in accordance with a previously set reference line to cut off an excessive portion in the upper end part of each of the foundation 10 so as to perform leveling of the foundation 10. Then, a floor backing member and a floor finishing member are laid in sequence on each of the foundations where the leveling has been completely performed. Further, it is desirable to interpose a vibration isolating member made of rubber and the like between the concrete slab 1 and each of the foundations 10.

This floor structure is described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 63-167534, etc., and a required number of mortar balls 2 serving as a base are glued and arranged on a concrete slab 1. A panel-shaped floor base material (joist mat) 3 is laid, and a floor finishing material 4 is further laid on top of it. In addition, the code|symbol 5 in the figure is a crosspiece, and 6 is a recessed part for piping.

In constructing such a floor structure, first, a required number of mortar balls 2 are fixed and arranged on the concrete slab 1 by adhesive. Next, since the surface of the concrete slab 1 is rough-finished and its flatness is not sufficient, in order to prevent this from affecting the floor finishing material 4, while the mortar balls 2 are still soft, a subfloor layer is placed on top of the mortar balls 2. The base material 3 is placed with an adhesive interposed therebetween, and leveling is performed by pressing the base material 3 along a reference line previously provided on the side wall 9 or the like. In this leveled state, the mortar balls 2 are left until they harden (which usually takes 2 to 3 days).

After the mortar balls 2 have hardened, a 5° crosspiece floor finishing material 4 is laid.

However, in the above-mentioned floor construction method, the deformation of the mortar balls 2 is used to level the floor, which requires a great deal of effort and time. The disadvantage is that construction cannot proceed until the material hardens.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the floor construction method for a concrete building according to the present invention involves placing a required number of bases made of resin foam on a concrete slab, and placing them along a preset reference line. Level the base by moving the cutting tool horizontally to cut out the excess of the base, and then sequentially lay the subfloor material and floor finishing material on the leveled base. be done.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in an example of the floor construction method for a concrete building according to the present invention, first, a required number of bases 10 made of expanded polystyrene with a magnification of 40 are glued onto a concrete slab 10. The material 17 is bonded and arranged. Next, the cutting instrument made of the thermonichrome wire 12 is moved along the reference line 15 set in advance on the side wall 9. In this case, a pair of support carts 11 on which the thermal nichrome wire 12 is stretched in a straight line and rails 14 for guiding the support carts If are arranged on the left and right with several bases IO in between, and the rails I4
are adjusted and arranged so that they are parallel to the reference line 15.

At this point, the thermal nichrome wire 12 is energized and heated, and the left and right support carts 11 are run on the rails 14 at approximately the same speed. As a result, the thermal nichrome wire 12 moves horizontally and melts the base 10, and the upper portion (excess portion) of the thermal nichrome wire 12 is cut off to level the wire.
