Conventionally, in the construction of laying concrete subfloor materials for residential buildings, a method of laying pine-like subfloor materials made of polystyrene resin foam plates has been developed and is becoming popular. A nailable member is embedded as a unit in a part of the upper surface of each individual flooring material so that the material can be nailed to the above-mentioned pine-shaped flooring material (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-12985). In the construction method that uses nailing, each set of nailable members and flooring are individually integrated, but the nailable members are completely cut and separated, so the nailing is difficult. A gap is created between the parts that can be nailed, and this gap leads to the gap between the flooring materials through the gap between the bottom surface of the flooring material and the top surface of the component that can be nailed. There was a drawback that the gaps between possible members were connected. Furthermore, since the parts that can be nailed at the joints between pine-shaped subflooring materials must be butted up individually, uneven installation levels of the subflooring material, or parts that can be nailed and underfloor control Even if there is a slight dimensional error in the material, steps may easily form between the parts that can be nailed.
When laying the flooring, there were drawbacks and inconveniences such as unevenness and difficulty in leveling the flooring, making it difficult to install reliably and quickly.

Therefore, as a construction method that can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and inconveniences, a large number of plate-like bodies with grooves formed on the surface are laid as subfloor material so that the grooves communicate with the required number of plate-like bodies, and then, Previously, we proposed a construction method in which a series of long materials that can be nailed are inserted into the required number of interconnected grooves (Jitsukasho).
(Refer to Publication No. 55-59276), in the above construction method,
In order to strengthen the integration between the long material and the plate-like material, the two are sometimes joined with adhesive at the insertion part, and in such cases, it takes about a week for the adhesive to dry in the winter. There was a problem that construction efficiency deteriorated due to interruptions in construction during that period.

Therefore, the present invention provides a construction method for laying concrete subfloor material for residential buildings that can solve the above-mentioned problems. A large number of plate-shaped bodies in which short pieces of are embedded are laid as floor sub-materials so that the grooves communicate with each other over the required number of plate-shaped bodies, and then the grooves are laid in a series for the required number of connected grooves. The purpose is to insert a long piece of material and nail it to the short piece.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a plate-shaped body used in the present invention, which is a mat-shaped body made of a synthetic resin foam such as expanded polystyrene, and has an appropriate number of grooves 10 on the surface and joint holes 11 between the plate-shaped bodies. , 12. At the bottom of the groove 10 is a short piece 13 made of wood or the like.
It is embedded by making a hole halfway through the wall thickness, or it is embedded during molding of the plate-like body, and the shape of the adhesive or the embedded shape itself (undercut) is applied to the plate-like body 1.
are joined and integrated. In addition, a notch 14 is formed in the upper part of the side wall of the groove 10 corresponding to the embedded position of the short piece 13, and is used as a mark for the nailing position when nailing the long material 2, which will be described later, and for adjustment. Therefore, it is designed to serve as a finger insertion part when removing the long material 2. Further, uneven patterns 15 and 16 are formed as appropriate on the back surface of the plate-shaped body 1, and one of the uneven patterns 16 has at least one short piece.
It is formed to correspond to 3 and come to the lower position,
The load on the short piece 13 can be directly received. On the other hand, the concave pattern 15 functions as a relief groove and a fillet for the unevenness of the installation part of the plate-shaped body 1 (see FIGS. 4 and 5).

In the laying construction method using such a plate-like body 1 as a subfloor material, the plate-like body 1 is successively coated with caranelli or mortar so that the grooves 10 on the surface of the plate-like body 1 communicate with each other over the required number of plate bodies 1. After laying a large number of them on the partial or entire installation part A made of Dango or other materials (see Figures 6 and 7), they are arranged in series with the required number of communicating grooves 10, 10, etc. A long material 2 made of wood or the like that can be nailed is inserted, and then the long material 2 is nailed to the short piece 13 (see FIGS. 8 to 10).

Then, after laying and constructing the plate-like material 1 as a subfloor material as described above, the flooring material 3 is nailed to the top surface at the position of the long material 2 and the floor construction is performed (see Fig. 11). ).

It should be noted that if the elongated material 2 is inserted into the groove 10 so that there is a gap S between it and the surface height of the plate-like material 1 (see Fig. 10), the foamed material will be It is possible to flexibly press down the plate-shaped body 1 made of the material due to its elasticity, and even if there is a slight warpage in the long material 2, it can be sufficiently absorbed by the above-mentioned space S, and the influence of warpage can be eliminated. Long material 2
Floor construction can be easily and reliably leveled at these locations.

Furthermore, regarding the laying of the plate-like bodies 1 according to the present invention, when the two grooves 10, 10 of the plate-like body 1 are formed and are in symmetrical positions, the laying of the plate-like bodies 1 is alternately shifted. Even in the case of carrying out the process as shown in FIG. 12, the grooves 10, 10, .

As the foam forming the plate-like body 1 described above,
It is formed by adding a foaming agent to a synthetic resin, and among them, the above-mentioned polystyrene is suitable, and in addition, foams manufactured from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, copolymers mainly composed of these, etc. are suitable. In addition to the above-mentioned wood, the short piece 13 and the long material 2 can be made of a large number of extruded materials, such as extrusion molded products made of shirasu balloons, molded products made of foamed particles of styrene resin and cement (trade name: cement foam), etc. Synthetic wood made of thin synthetic resin foam strips aligned in the longitudinal direction and fusion molded together is suitable.

As described above, according to the present invention, the short pieces 13 for nailing are embedded in the grooves 10 for the long materials 2 formed on the surface when laying concrete residential flooring material. After laying a large number of plate-like bodies 1 as floor sub-materials so that the grooves 10 communicate with each other over the required number of plate-like bodies 1, Since the long material 2 that can be nailed in a series is inserted, and the long material 2 after insertion is nailed to the short piece 13, even at the joint between the plate-like bodies 1, 1. The long material 2 is a series of pieces, and compared to the conventional case where nailable members are made into individual plate-like units, this member can be nailed even at the joints between plate-like members. (Long materials) will be at the same level in a series, eliminating the risk of gaps or steps being formed, and even if the plate is partially uneven or has dimensional errors, it will be the same level in a series. The level long material 2 makes it very easy to level the upper surface, which becomes the flooring mounting surface. Therefore, in the flooring work that is carried out after the laying of the flooring material according to the present invention, the flooring material made of a plate-like foam material is flexibly pressed down, and the long materials are leveled at the parts. Reliable construction can be achieved.
