Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the construction work of a floor section onto a concrete slab in an S-structure, RC-structure or SRC-structure building. CONSTITUTION:A self-levelling material 3 is placed on the top face of a concrete slab 2 under an unlevel state and a backing layer 4 having a horizontal top face is formed, panel bodies 5, 5a..., in which plywood 7 is unified and bonded with the top faces of thermal insulating boards 6, are laid and bonded on the top face of a backing layer and the top faces of the panel bodies 5, 5a... are formed in a level and horizontal surface. A finishing material such as a flooring, a floor material, a carpet, a 'tatami' mat or the like is spread all over the top face of the panel bodies.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to construct a floor portion on a concrete slab in a so-called S structure, RC structure or SRC structure other than a wooden structure, a method of constructing a floor material on a joist fixed on the concrete slab, concrete There are two construction methods, one is to put a floor joist on the Daihiki fixed on the slab and the other is to put a floor joist on the concrete slab. As described above, each construction method directly arranges and fixes joists, large pulls or floor slabs on the concrete slab surface, which is an uneven surface (uneven surface), so it was very difficult to adjust the floor level.

Therefore, as a construction method for solving the above drawbacks,
First, in order to obtain a dust countermeasure and an adhesive effect, an adhesive b is applied to the entire surface of a concrete slab a by applying a dispersion cloth or coating, and mortar kneaded / mixed on site is piled up in a mountain shape or a ridge shape and regularly arranged. A styrofoam molding plate e (base material), which is made of a non-planar material c and has an adhesive d applied at a predetermined position on its back surface, is placed on the top surface of the styrofoam molding plate e and a thick joist. Hold down the top surface of f so that it is at the same level, and spread the polystyrene foam plate e,
A construction method was developed in which flooring, tatami mats, and other finishing materials g were laid on top of it to simplify the level adjustment of the floor. Such construction method is a complete wet method, and mortar kneading / mixing work and mortar Has a drawback that the work site is easily soiled during the distribution / transportation work and the mortar laying work, and by forming the adjustment gap x between the concrete slab a and the Styrofoam molding plate e by using the non-landing material c. Even if the unevenness of the concrete slab a can be eliminated and the expanded polystyrene molded plate e can be spread at the same level, it is very difficult to adjust the level, and the expanded polystyrene molded plate must be obtained after curing and curing the uneven material c. e had the drawback that it could not be placed on top of the work.

There is also a method of applying mortar to the upper surface of a concrete slab by means of a metal iron to eliminate the unevenness, but such a method requires a great deal of manual work, and even such a skilled worker can apply the mortar to the surface of the mortar. It was very difficult for the corrugation to remain and form an accurate horizontal plane.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the problem of difficulty in adjusting the level of the floor portion based on the above-mentioned conventional technique, the present invention utilizes the fluidity of the self-leveling material cast on the upper surface of the concrete slab to form the underlayer. The upper surface of the panel body is made into a highly accurate horizontal surface, and the panel body is laid and adhered on it by the primary and secondary adhesives so that the upper surface of the panel body becomes horizontal and flush with the above-mentioned drawbacks. It is a thing.

Next, the floor construction method according to the present invention will be described. First, the concavo-convex concave portions on the concrete slab 2 are mounted, and after filling a filling material (not shown), the concrete slab 2 is cleaned. The self-leveling material 3 pumped by a pump (not shown) is gradually poured onto the concrete slab 2 from the corner of the placing surface (the top surface of the concrete slab 2 in the unsealed state), and the registration marks (not shown)
And the like until it reaches a predetermined thickness over the entire surface of the concrete slab 2, and then the self-leveling material 3 becomes a highly accurate horizontal surface due to fluidity and is cured and hardened to form a base layer 4. It

Next, after the upper surface of the base layer 4 is cleaned, the panel bodies 5, 5a ... Are laid out 8, and a primary adhesive 9 which is a reclaimed rubber adhesive is applied along the layout 8. At the same time, the primary adhesive 9 is applied in the vertical and horizontal directions of the central portion of the portion surrounded by the layout 8, and then the back split 10 is placed on the back surface of the panel body 5, 5a ... The primary adhesive 9a is applied in the vertical and horizontal directions of the part, and the secondary adhesive 11 which is a vinyl acetate adhesive is applied to the portion surrounded by the primary adhesive 9a, and the upper surface of the underlayer 4 is allocated. After laying and adhering the panel bodies 5, 5a in accordance with No. 8, the vicinity of the joints of the panel bodies 5, 5a ... is tapped with a rubber hammer or the like to make the panel bodies 5, 5a ... Flooring, flooring or carpets in Western rooms, tatami mats in Japanese rooms It's laid the 12.

Further, an adhesive is applied to the back surfaces of the panel bodies 5, 5a ... In which the plywood 7 is integrally bonded to the upper surface of the foundation layer 4 and the upper surface of the heat insulating board 6, and the panel bodies 5, 5a. Since the upper surface of the underlayer 4 is a highly precise horizontal surface, the panel bodies 5, 5a ...
The upper surface of the panel body 5, 5a ... can be made horizontal and flush just by laying.

Further, the conventional floor construction method is a wet construction method in which the styrofoam molded plate e serving as a base material is laid by using a non-landing material made of mortar, and mortar kneading / mixing work, mortar distribution / transportation work and mortar The work site is easily soiled during arranging work, and the floor construction method according to the present invention can be mounted on the styrofoam molding plate e only after curing and curing the non-landing material c, whereas the floor construction method according to the present invention uses 3 self-leveling materials. Since the work of laying the panel bodies 5, 5a, which is the base material after installation, is a completely dry construction method, the work site is less likely to get dirty, the work site can be kept in good condition, and skill is not required for the work. Since there is no gap between the panel bodies 5, 5a ... And the upper surface of the underlayer 4 and they are in close contact, the panel bodies 5, 5a ...
You can work on it.

Further, since the panel bodies 5, 5a ... Are simple composite materials in which the plywood 7 is adhered to the heat insulating board 6, they can be mass-produced not at the site but in the factory, and the constructed floor top surface and the concrete slab 2 are Since the heat insulating board 6 of the panel bodies 5, 5a ... Is interposed therebetween, the heat insulating effect is improved.

Further, the primary adhesive 9 is applied to the upper surface of the base layer 4 and the primary and secondary adhesives 9a and 11 are applied to the rear surface of the panel body, respectively. The following adhesives 9 and 9a can maintain the adhesion between the panel body 5 and 5a immediately after being laid and the underlayer 4, and the slow drying property and long service life 2
Since the adhesiveness between the panel bodies 5, 5a ... And the underlayer 4 can be maintained for a long time by the next adhesive agent 11, the adhesiveness between the panel bodies 5, 5a ... And the underlayer 4 can be semipermanently maintained immediately after being laid. Its practical effect is enormous.
