As a floor structure of a concrete building, the one shown in FIG. 5 has been generally known. This floor structure is described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-167534, etc., and a mortar dumpling 2 as a required number of bases is adhered and arranged on a concrete slab 1, and the mortar dumpling 2 is provided.
A panel-like floor base material (joist mat) is laid on top,
Furthermore, the floor finishing material 4 is laid on it. In addition,
In the figure, reference numeral 5 is a jetty, and 6 is a recess for piping.

In constructing such a floor structure, first, a required number of mortar balls 2 are fixedly arranged on the concrete slab 1 by adhesion. Next, since the surface of the concrete slab 1 is rough-finished and the flatness and the like are not sufficient, the mortar dumpling 2 should be soft while the floor is under the floor so that the floor-finishing material 4 is not affected by it. The base material 3 is placed with an adhesive interposed, and the floor base material 3 is pressed down so as to follow a reference line provided in advance on the side reduction 9 or the like for horizontal alignment. In such a state that the mortar dumpling 2 is leveled, the mortar dumpling 2 is left to stand (normally 2 to 3 days are required). Then, after the mortar dumpling 2 is hardened, the pier 5 and the floor finishing material 4 are laid.

However, in the floor construction method as described above, since the leveling is performed by utilizing the deformation of the mortar dumpling 2, such leveling requires a great deal of time and labor,
Moreover, there is a drawback that the construction cannot proceed until the mortar dumpling 2 hardens.

In order to achieve the above object, the floor construction method for a concrete building according to the present invention is to install a required number of bases made of resin foam on a concrete slab and follow a preset reference line. In parallel with this, the cutting tool is horizontally moved to cut off the surplus of the base, and then the floor base material and the floor finishing material are sequentially laid on the leveled base. In addition to that, since the base is made of resin foam material, the vibration and soundproofing effects are also improved, the downward propagation of vibration and impact sound is suppressed, and the rubber is placed between the concrete slab and the base. The effect is further improved when the anti-vibration material made of is interposed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in an example of a floor construction method for a concrete building according to the present invention, first, a required number of bases 10 made of expanded polystyrene having a magnification of 40 are bonded onto a concrete slab 10. The material 17 is attached and arranged. Next, the cutting tool made of the hot nichrome wire 12 is moved along the reference line 15 set on the side wall 9 in advance. In this case, a pair of support trolleys 11 that stretch the thermal nichrome wire 12 in a straight line and rails 14 that guide the support trolleys 11 are arranged on the left and right with some bases 10 interposed therebetween, and the rails 14 are used as reference lines 15. Arrange them so that they are parallel to each other.

Under this condition, the hot nichrome wire 12 is electrically heated, and the left and right support carriages 11 travel on the rails 14 at substantially the same speed. As a result, the hot nichrome wire 12 moves horizontally to melt the base 10, and the upper part (excess portion) of the hot nichrome wire 12 is cut.
Is cut off and leveled.
