A conventional electromagnetic coil is shown in FIGS. 23 and 24. In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes a bare coil whose inner peripheral surface is covered with insulating paper 1, and this coil 2 is formed by winding a coil bare wire without using a flanged coil bobbin. Since the end face of such a bare coil 2 is exposed,
In the varnish treatment for the bare coil 2, the varnish is easily impregnated into the inner part of the bare coil 2 from the exposed end face. Therefore, since the heat dissipation characteristics through the varnish are improved, it has long life characteristics. 3 is a terminal seat body fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the bare coil 2 via a fixing tape (not shown); 4
is a terminal seat insulating plate between the bare coil 2 and the terminal seat main body 3. Note that the terminal seat main body 3 and the terminal seat insulating plate 4 form a terminal seat. A terminal 5 is attached to the terminal seat body 3, and this terminal 5

However, since the insulating tube 6 is used, the conventional electromagnetic coil has a disadvantage of having a large number of parts and a complicated structure. At the same time, during assembly, it is necessary to cut the insulating tube 6 to match the length of the leader wire from the bare coil 2, and to pass the tube 6 through the leader wire, which reduces assembly work efficiency. There are bad flaws.

According to this electromagnetic coil, the end face cover portion, which is integrally provided with the terminal seat made of an insulating material, is interposed between the end face of the coil and the lead wire from the bare coil, so insulation between these was previously required. This can be achieved without using an insulating tube or increasing the number of parts, resulting in a simple electromagnetic coil structure, and since the terminal seat is approximately U-shaped, the coil lead wire can be drawn out from either side of both end faces of the coil. It can be used in any case. Since no insulating tube is used, it is possible to omit the troublesome work of cutting the tube and wiring the wire to the tube. You can assemble it by aligning it and connecting it to the terminal. Therefore, assembly work efficiency can be improved.

A terminal seat 13 made of an insulating material such as pressboard is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the coil 12. The terminal seat 13 is made of a pressboard plate provided with a plurality of perforations 14 to 17 serving as folding lines and a slit-shaped terminal mounting hole 18 at one end, as shown in FIG. It is folded and assembled as shown in FIG. 5 through the bending process shown in the figure. By this assembly, the terminal seat 1
3 is integrally provided with end face cover parts 13b and 13c on both sides of an inner wall part 13a that is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the winding of the elementary coil 12, and one end face cover part 13c.
The outer wall portion 13d is integrally connected to the outer wall portion 13d and overlaps the outer surface of the inner wall portion 13a, and is formed into a substantially U-shape. Since it has a pair of end cover parts 13b and 13c in this way, the element coil 1
It is possible to handle the case where the coil lead wire is drawn out from either side of both end surfaces where the start winding layer and the end winding layer forming the winding outer periphery of No. 2 are exposed on the outside. Moreover, the width A of the inner wall portion 13a is equal to the width B of the elementary coil 12.
It is determined that the relationship A≦B is satisfied. Further, a terminal 19 is attached to the terminal attachment hole 18. This terminal 19 is formed by inserting one piece of the U-shaped terminal into the terminal mounting hole 18 from the inner wall 13a side, and then bending the one piece so as to contact the outer surface of the outer wall 13d. It is attached to the terminal seat 13. Note that at least one terminal 19 is sufficient.

The terminal seat 13 has its inner wall portion 13a in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the coil 12,
It is attached to the bare coil 12, and its fixation is achieved by providing an adhesive tape 20 across the terminal seat 13 and the insulating paper 11. In addition, this terminal seat 1
3 is fixed by a lead wire from the bare coil 12, for example, in this embodiment, the low voltage side coil winding start lead wire 12a,
The terminal 19 is oriented so that the terminal 19 is located on the lead-out side of the coil winding end lead-out wire 12b on the high-voltage side.

Therefore, the end cover portions 13b and 13c can also achieve the intended purpose of the present invention in this sixth embodiment. At the same time, since the terminal seat 13 has the groove 21' and the notch 24, the element coil 1
The leader line 12c can be drawn out from any end surface of 2. Moreover, since the locking groove 25 is provided in the terminal seat 13 and the terminal 19 is exactly fitted into the locking groove 25, the terminal
9 can be prevented from wobbling, the workability of winding each lead wire 12a, 12b, 12c around each terminal 19 can be further improved, and the insulation distance between the terminals 19 after winding can be ensured. By the way, terminal mounting hole 1
In a structure in which the terminal 19 is supported by only the terminal 8, the terminal mounting hole 18 is formed to be large in consideration of the insertion of the terminal 19, and therefore the terminal 19 cannot be properly mounted. However, side-to-side wobbling may occur. This may impair the workability of winding the leader wire or make it impossible to ensure a sufficient insulation distance between the terminals.

As explained above, the present invention is an insulator in which terminals are attached to the outer surface of the winding layer at the end of the winding, which forms the outer circumferential surface of the coil, which is formed by winding a coil wire without using a flanged coil bobbin. In an electromagnetic coil in which a terminal seat made of material is fixed, the terminal seat connects both end surfaces of the bare coil, in which the starting winding layer and the winding end winding layer of the bare coil appear on the outer surface, to the outer surface of the bare coil. It has an end cover section covering each layer from the winding layer to the end winding layer to form a substantially U-shape, and the lead wire from the element coil connected to the terminal is placed along the outside of the end surface cover section. Due to the structure, the end face cover part integrally provided with the terminal seat provides insulation measures between the end face and the lead wire from the raw coil that crosses the end face of the raw coil. Since this can be realized by using the above-mentioned insulation tube, the insulating tube that was conventionally required for the above-mentioned insulation measures can be omitted, the structure can be simplified, and the assembly work efficiency can be improved compared to the conventional method. It has excellent practical effects, such as being able to handle cases where it can be pulled out from either side of the surface.
