およびコイルリード線3本計10本の導線を接続固
定する必要がある。従来は第2図の如くダイオー
ド4,5、コイルリード線6,7,8、巻線端線
1,2,3をハンダ付けしたプリント基板10を
コイル巻線9上にのせて該プリント基板10の上
からテーピングして固定していた。このような構
造ではテーピングのときにプリント基板が動いて
作業しにくい。プリント基板の小孔に巻線端子を
挿入する作業がむずかしい。ハンダの付き方が不
充分となりやすい。プリント基板位置がずれる。
コイル巻線とプリント基板との間に絶縁物をはさ
む必要がありそのため、その材料と作業工程が必
要となる。コイルリード線の引張り強度が弱い。
ダイオードの上を絶縁物で覆うので熱が篭りダイ
オードの温度上昇が大きくなるなど多くの欠点を
もつている。本案はこれらの欠点を解決するため
のコイル端子板を提供するものである。以下図面
により説明する。なお理解を容易にするために共
通のところはなるべく同一番号で記入するように
統一した。
