BACKGROUND ART Recently, buses with raised floors, such as double-decker buses with passenger compartments on upper and lower floors and raised-floor buses with passenger compartments above a lower luggage storage compartment, have come into widespread use. In such a bus, an emergency exit E having a door D is provided on the side surface B or rear surface C of the vehicle body A, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in order to evacuate from the vehicle in an emergency.

However, attaching the pole to the door D poses a problem in terms of strength, and having to extend the pole during use is cumbersome to operate, which poses a problem in the promptness of evacuation.

The above-mentioned vehicle escape device further has the following problems. That is, since the pole gradually becomes thinner from top to bottom, there is a risk that the hand may slip easily and fall.
Furthermore, since the pole is supported by the support arm on the emergency exit door, the support arm gets in the way and becomes an obstacle during evacuation. Moreover, when the pole is extended, it may slide down at once, which is dangerous.

On the other hand, when returning the pole to its original position, the lower end of the pole, which has once extended close to the ground, must be pulled up to the second floor position, which makes the operation extremely cumbersome.

The escape device for a vehicle with a raised floor according to the present invention is
In an escape device for a vehicle with a raised floor, the emergency exit installed on the second floor of a double-decker bus or in a high place such as the passenger compartment of a raised-floor bus is equipped with a pole that can be rotated freely to the upper or lower position of the vehicle body where the emergency exit is located. Set up a moving plate,
A pole of a certain thickness extending in the vertical direction of the vehicle body is attached between the other ends of the two rotating plates, a recess for storing the pole is provided beside the emergency exit, and a recess for storing the pole is installed between the recess and the emergency exit. A lock consisting of a rod whose end abuts the closed door and whose end side is housed in the recess to prevent movement of the pole to the outside of the vehicle body, and a spring attached to the rod which releases the prevention of movement of the pole when the door is opened. It is characterized by having a mechanism.

Furthermore, since the pole has a constant thickness, there is no risk of the hand becoming slippery and falling, and there is no need to extend it. Furthermore, by supporting the poles with rotating plates on the top and bottom of the vehicle body, the rotating plates do not become obstacles during evacuation, and therefore, it is possible to evacuate safely during evacuation.

The rotating plates 1, 2 and the pole 3 are normally mounted on the vehicle body A.
It is housed in a recess 4, which serves as a storage section, provided on the side surface B of the vehicle, so that it does not protrude outward from the vehicle body A and impede safe driving. In the drawing, the door D of the emergency exit E has a single-opening structure. (See Figure 2). Therefore, when the rotating plates 1 and 2 are rotated, the pole 3 protrudes outward from the center of the emergency exit E, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The pole 3 has a certain thickness and extends from the top of the vehicle body A (above the emergency exit E) to the bottom of the vehicle body A, and the length of the pole 3 is kept close to the ground for safe evacuation. The lower rotating plate 2 is pivotally supported on the floor panel A' (first floor panel of a double-decker bus) of the vehicle body A (see Fig. 3).
Furthermore, FIGS. 4 and 5 show a lock mechanism 5 that maintains the rotary plates 1, 2 and the pole 3 housed in the recess 4, and this lock mechanism 5 is connected to the emergency exit E and the recess 4. The spring 51
The rod 52 is biased toward the emergency exit E by the rod 52, a roller 53 is attached to the end of the rod 52 on the emergency exit E side, and a stopper 54 restricts the range of movement of the rod 52 due to the bias. Therefore, when the door D of the emergency exit E is open as shown in FIG. By rotating the rotating plates 1 and 2, the pole 3 can be pulled out from the recess 4. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the door D of the emergency exit E is closed, the roller 5 of the rod 52
3 comes into contact with and is pushed by the side surface of the closed door D, so the rod 52 moves in the opposite direction to that shown in FIG. prevent it from being pulled out. Note that the contact portion of the door with the roller 53
If D' is made into a curved surface or tapered shape, the aforementioned rod 52 can be moved smoothly. It is also possible to use a combination of a locking metal fitting and a spring so that the pole 3 is automatically pulled out when the locking mechanism 5 is released (the state shown in FIG. 4).

In the event of an emergency such as a fire, open the emergency exit E and pull out the pole 3 stored in the recess 4.
You can grab pole 3 from emergency exit E and slide down to the ground, allowing you to evacuate quickly.

With this configuration, the pole 3 is directly supported by the vehicle body A via the rotating plates 1 and 2, and no load is applied to the mounting portion of the door D, so that the strength is increased.

Furthermore, the pole 3 extends above and below the vehicle body A and has a constant thickness, and moves between the concave portion 4 provided along the side of the emergency exit E and the outside of the vehicle body A, so that it is locked when the door D is opened. At the time of evacuation, the pole 3 whose locking action of the mechanism 5 has been released can be put into use by simply pulling it out from the recess 4. Therefore, there is no need to extend the pole as in the conventional case, and the operation becomes simple, the operability is improved, and evacuation can be done quickly.

Moreover, since the thickness of the pole 3 is constant, it is difficult for the hand to slip, and therefore there is no risk of falling. Therefore, you can evacuate safely.

On the other hand, when returning the pole 3 to its original position and restoring it, the pole 3 is rotated and stored in the recess 4, and the door D of the emergency exit E is closed. The movement of the pole 3 housed in the vehicle body A to the outside of the vehicle body A is prevented. Therefore, the operation at the time of restoration becomes very simple, and the operability at that time also improves.

Furthermore, the vehicle escape device of the above embodiment has a vehicle body A.
