Abstract
Description
本発明は、壁面化粧用パネル及びその施工方法に関する
もので、特に、古くなって汚れた擁壁、例えば護岸壁、
土留擁壁などの表面化粧直し及び補強を目的に施工する

て、その裏面にコンクリートを打設する現場打ち工法、
又は1本出願人が開発した化粧パネルの貼着工法(特願
平1−300605号)などがある。後者の工法は化粧
パネルの背面へ上下方向の台座を設けておいて、その台
座に設けられたアンカープレートによって擁壁面に対し

ネルの嵌合溝(2)を上から嵌めて、順次施工壁面を覆
い、必要に応じて裏込コンクリート(12)を打設一体
化することを特徴とする壁面化粧パネルの施工方法を開
発したのである。
【作用]
このような本発明の壁面化粧パネル及びその施工方法に
よると、施工壁面へ固定された縦梁(11)とその隣の
縦梁(11)との間へ化粧パネル(1)がその両縁部の
嵌合溝(2)を利用して規則的に保持される。そして、
上下縁部の凸条接手(3)と凹条接手(4)によって上
下のパネル間が接合され、 これらにより面一の壁面が
形成される。台風等の波浪による施工壁面から化粧パネ
ルが剥離しようとするのに対しては、化粧パネル背面へ
アンカー筋(5)を突出させて植設し、これを施工壁面
と化粧ノ(ネル(1)間の充填コンクリートによって固
定することで充分に耐え得るものとなる。
[実施例1
以下図面によって本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
第1図は本発明の壁面化粧パネルの一例を示す正面図で
あり、第2図は右側面図、第3図は平面図、第4図は背
面図である。
これらの図にみられるように、方形)くネルの表面は擬
石模様の化粧面となっている。この例では縦1000+
msi、横985mmサイズに形成されており、厚みは
中央付近でほぼ1501+01に形成している。裏面に
は打設コンクリートとの間にアンカー特性を持つように
コ字状に突出した2本のアンカー筋(5)を設けている

にパネルの上下には、ずれ止めのだめの凸条接手(3)
と凹条接手(4)を設けている。
このような壁面化粧パネルを用いた岸壁での施工の様子
を第5図〜第8図によって説明する。
まず、初めに施工壁面に対し、て、第5図にみられるよ
うに、その上下端にf!に梁(10)を取付け、それに
F(形鋼の縦梁(11)を化粧パネル(1)の幅に対応
し、で、 この例では約1000 mrm間隔にボルト
・ナンドで取付ける。H形鋼の縦梁(11)の前面突出
側にある縁部に対して化粧パネルを吊上げ、パネルの嵌
合溝(2)を上から嵌めて、jIN次施工壁面を覆って
いる。第6図の完成図においては、第8図の断面にみら
れるように、壁面化粧パネル(1)を第1図に示すそれ
の上下方向2倍長さのものを2枚、下側に使用している
。更に長尺物にして、第6図の上下方向1枚物で施工す
ることも任意である。
化粧パネル(1)と隣の化粧パネル(1)との隙間には
バックアツプ材(6)が充填されて内部の鋼材がみられ
ない状態となっているにの状態で必要なら裏込コンクリ
ート(12)を打設一体化する。この際、第5図及び第
8回に示すように、岸壁(13)側にもアンカー(14
)を埋設し、パネル側のアンカー筋(5)と共に埋設す

【発明の効果]
本発明の壁面化粧パネル及びそれを用いる施工方法は以
上詳述したように、古くなって汚れた護岸壁、土留擁壁
などの表面化粧直し及び補強を簡単にできるようにした
。加えて、
■岸壁面での凸凹が多少あっても、ライナー調整をして
平行に取付けたH形鋼で平面は完璧に確保され狂いが生
じない。
