Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a contact lens with excellent fittingness by incorporating at least one or more saccharides selected among a group of monosaccharides and disaccharides, an enzyme producing bacillus and an surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:At least one or more saccharides selected among a group of monosaccharides and disaccharides, an enzyme producing bacillus and a surface active agent are incorporated. A nonionic surface active agent and a negative- ion surface active agent are preferable for the surface active agent, and the enzyme 1-40 pts. producing bacillus and the surface active agent 0.01-80 pts. are preferably used against the saccharides 100 pts. selected among a group of the monosaccharides and disaccharides. Glucose or cellobiose is used for the monosaccharides, and subtilisin or aminopeptidase is used for the enzyme producing bacillus. The fittingness of a contact lens can be improved.

While wearing contact lenses, tear fluid components become stuck, resulting in poor water wettability and reduced wearability. From this point of view, contact lens cleaning solutions are used, but even then, it is not possible to remove firmly adhered dirt. Among these deposits, proteins are particularly problematic. That is, once proteins adhere, they cannot be removed with normal contact lens cleaning solutions. Therefore, in order to remove these stains, treatments such as cleaning with a contact lens cleaning solution containing proteolytic enzymes once a week, or scrubbing with a cleaner containing abrasives are performed. However, treatment using a contact lens cleaning solution containing proteolytic enzymes once a week is very troublesome for the wearer, and it takes a week to remove the denatured proteins that accumulate on the lens surface. dirt,
If you wash your lenses once a week, even if you use a contact lens cleaning solution that contains proteolytic enzymes, you will not be able to remove them sufficiently.
For this reason, it is currently proposed to scrub the contact lenses with a cleaner containing abrasives, but this work is also troublesome and may even damage the contact lenses.

A first object of the present invention is to provide a contact lens with excellent wearability. A second object of the present invention is to provide a means for easily maintaining the wearability of contact lenses. A third object of the present invention is to provide a means for easily maintaining the wearability of a contact lens without damaging the contact lens. The object of the present invention is to obtain monosaccharides and di-I! This is achieved by a contact lens cleaning solution characterized by containing at least one selected from the group of genus Bacillus, an enzyme produced by Bacillus, and a surfactant. In this contact lens cleaning solution, the surfactant is preferably a nonionic surfactant or an anionic surfactant, and is selected from the group of monosaccharides and disaccharides based on 11,100 parts. The amount of the enzyme produced by Bacillus is 1 to 40 parts, more preferably 3 to 30 parts, and the surfactant is 0.01 to 80 parts, more preferably 5 to 80 parts.
Monosaccharides and diw! in the contact lens cleaning solution of the present invention are preferred. II selected from the group of genus Bacillus is about 25 to 90% by weight, more preferably about 50 to 80% by weight, and the enzyme produced by Bacillus is about 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably about 3 to 7% by weight.
Preferably, the surfactant is from about 0.01 to 20% by weight, more preferably from about 5 to 20% by weight. Examples of monosaccharides include glucose, mannose, rhamnose, galactose, fructose, arabinose, xylose, and lipose, and examples of disaccharides include sucrose, trehalose, maltose, lactose, and cellobiose. In addition, enzymes produced by Bacillus include subtilisin, thermolysin, sphaericase,
There are aminobebutitase, etc. Examples of surfactants include anionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether sodium sulfate, polyoxyethylene alkyl sodium sulfate, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene There are nonionic surfactants such as oxypropylene chloride polymer. Although these anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants may be added independently, it is preferable to include both of them. The content of the agent is preferably about 1/2 or more of the content of the nonionic surfactant.

A few drops of the above-mentioned contact lens cleaning solution on each side are added into a commercially available O2 Freno Noyu EX storage solution to dilute it and used to clean contact lenses with stains such as proteins and eye oil. The degree of stain removal was investigated and the results are shown in the table. The contact lens cleaning solutions of Example 1.2 and Comparative Example 1.2 were prepared after 10 days since contact lens cleaning solutions are usually stored for many days.
