に制御するように構成されていた。

隔操作によるロツク操作は自動車から離れた場所
で通常行なわれるから、操作者側でドアロツクが
完全に為されていないことを知り得ることは困難
である。従つて、従来のように自動車ドアの開閉
状態にかかわらずロツク要求があればロツク機構
をロツク側に駆動するだけのものでは、ロツク不
完全を看過するおそれが非常に多く、部外者によ
つて容易にドアを開かれ、盗難に合う危険性が高
いという問題点があつた。

するロツク要求判別手段4と、自動車ドアのドア
カーテシスイツチ5と、ドアカーテシスイツチ5
の状態から自動車ドアの開閉状態を判別するドア
開閉状態判別手段6と、ロツク要求判別手段4で
ロツク要求が半別された場合、ドア開閉状態判別
手段6で自動車ドアが閉じられていることが判別
されているときはロツク機構2を駆動して自動車
ドアをロツクし、ドア開閉状態判別手段6で自動
車ドアが閉じられていないことが判別やれている
