Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ パワーシヨベル等の上部旋回体に設けた減速
機の出力軸のスプラインと、該出力軸に外嵌した
スイングピニオンのスプラインとの間の潤滑にお
いて、前記出力軸とスイングピニオンの先端から
インロー部に至る嵌合長さのうち、両スプライン
による嵌合長さを短縮すると共に、非スプライン
となる両者のうち、スイングピニオン側のインロ
ー部に台形ねじを形成して、前記両スプライン間
の潤滑を前記台形ねじの油路を介して行うように
したことを特徴とする減速機の潤滑機構。 ２ 前記出力軸の軸心穴の下部に、前記スプライ
ンの谷部と連通する孔を設けると共に、前記出力
軸の軸心穴の上部を、出力軸を駆動する駆動軸側
のギヤの歯底に直交して駆動軸の軸心孔に交わる
ように設けた油路に連通させてなり、前記スプラ
イン内の潤滑油を前記ギヤ付近の油溜めに排出さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
減速機の潤滑機構。
