    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタプツシユプル接続回路の共通エミ
    ツタ接続部上の一点から負荷電流を流出及び流入
    せしめる半導体集積回路の一部分を構成するシン
    グルエンデツド形式の相補対称型トランジスタプ
    ツシユプル出力バツフア回路の電流流入側のトラ
    ンジスタのエミツタ・コレクタ間に、アノードを
    エミツタに、カソードをコレクタに接続するよう
    に並列接続されたゼナーダイオードと、前記ゼナ
    ーダイオードのカソード側端子をカソード側にな
    るように出力負荷端子と直列接続せしめる負荷抵
    抗性を有するトンネルダイオードとを具備したこ
    とを特徴とする半導体集積回路。
