力バツフア回路の出力負荷端子部、７はゼナーダ
イオード、８はトンネルダイオードである。なお
図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同一入力信号により互いに対称且つ逆相動作せ
    しめ、差動出力を得る様に対をなさしめたトラン
    ジスタプツシユプル接続回路における両側共通接
    続部上の一点から負荷電流を流出および流入せし
    める半導体集積回路の一部分を構成するシングル
    エンデツド形式のトーテムポール形トランジスタ
    プツシユプル出力バツフア回路において、上記プ
    ツシユプル接続回路を形成するトランジスタのう
    ち外部負荷回路から負荷電流を流入せしめる側の
    トランジスタ回路のコレクタエミツタ間に前記コ
    レクタがカソード側になる様に並列二端子回路に
    接続せしめるゼナーダイオードと、前記ゼナーダ
    イオードのカソード側端子をカソード側になる様
    に出力負荷端子と直列接続せしめる負性抵抗特性
    を有するトンネルダイオードとを設けたことを特
    徴とする半導体集積回路。
