- ソケツト絶縁体上面の接触子に半導体装置のリ
ード端子を載置接触させて取付ける平面実装型の
半導体装置のソケツトへの取付けにおいて、前記
ソケツト絶縁体上面には突起を有し、かつ、この
ソケツトに装着される前記半導体装置の下面には
前記ソケツトの突起と嵌合される溝を有し、前記
突起と溝を嵌合させて取付けることを特徴とする
半導体装置とソケツトとの組合せ構造。
