[発明が解決しようとする課題]
このような液晶表示素子においては、電源・信号線5に
交差部5aが生ずるから、交差部5aにおいて電源・信
号M5間に絶縁膜等を設ける必要があるから、製造が面

基板の裏面に端子を形成し、上記透明基板の裏面に上記
端子と接続された裏面電源・信号線を形成し、上記表面
電源・信号線と上記裏面電源・信号線とを接続するスル

面電源・信号線8とを接続するスルホール、)OはIT
