[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a combination of roof edge panels,
In particular, it relates to combinations of fascias or gables.

BACKGROUND ART Due to the strong desire to make buildings fireproof, ceramic building materials have been widely used for exterior wall materials, roofing materials, external fittings, etc.

It is well known that ceramic building materials are suitable exterior materials from the viewpoints of fire prevention, waterproofness, durability, and workability. However, the material for roof edge panels such as fascia (a long horizontal board attached to the eaves to hide the ends of rafters) or gables (chevron-shaped decorative panels attached to both sides of a gable roof) is particularly important because of its width. In addition to the limited freedom in directional dimensions, the existing ones are flat and unattractive in design, so they are not yet popular.

This is because the vertical width and shape of the edge patch plate can vary a thousand times depending on the design, so conventional extrusion-molded ceramic building materials of a certain standard cannot handle this, and such standard products cannot be used for design purposes. This is due to the fact that the ceramic construction material is flat and does not have an attractive design, and that ceramic construction materials, which have excellent dimensional stability, water resistance, and weather resistance, are hard and difficult to cut on site.

For this reason, although ceramic building materials have been put into practical use as other exterior materials and are contributing to making buildings fireproof, the current situation is that good edge panels have not been put into practical use. However, many of them were made of wood with mortar coating or iron plates, which left some weaknesses in terms of fire protection and durability. Therefore, there has been a long-awaited development of an edge patch plate that can be obtained from ceramic building materials and has a solid appearance, but can also be freely adapted to various design conditions.

The above object is to provide a combination of roof edge panels 4, 6, and 11 that express a step-like design, in which each of the edge panels 4, 6, and 11 is made of a ceramic material and has at least one set of vertical edges. 4A, 6A and horizontal side part 4
B, 6B, and is formed into a bent cross section, and the outer surface of the vertical side 6A of the other edge patch plate 6, 11 is applied to the end surface of the horizontal side part 4B of the one edge patch plate 4. This is achieved by a combination of roof end edge panels that are arranged with a small gap or a small gap, and are arranged in the form of a staircase that tilts forward as a whole.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a case where the fascia is used as a fascia, in which an outer edge patch plate 4 is attached to a wooden base 3 of a building with nails or the like. The outer edge patch plate 4 has a long vertical side 4A and a short horizontal side 4B connected to the lower end of the vertical side. A sloped surface 5A in which the upper surface of the horizontal side portion 4B is inclined downward toward the end.
Further, a drainage groove 5B is formed near the end of the lower surface of the horizontal side portion 4B.

The construction is carried out in the order of the inner edge patch plate 6 and the outer edge patch plate 4. Both backing plates are made of a ceramic material such as calcium silicate by extrusion molding, and are attached either in contact with each other or with a small gap between them, and the figure shows an example in which a small gap 9 is provided. Furthermore, 1
0 is a rain gutter attached to the outer surface of the outer edge patch plate 4. It is also possible to have three or more edge abutment plates.

By using a plurality of edge pads in this way, it is possible to form a stair-like shape that tilts forward, creating a deep and solid design. By combining them, a variety of designs can be obtained. Further, by providing the gap 9 between the edge pads, ventilation inside the structure is obtained, and the durability of the structure is extended. Furthermore, by bending the upper end 8A of the vertical side 6A, rainwater can be prevented from blowing up without using a sealant, and even if a small amount of rainwater should enter, it can be easily drained outward by the sloped surface 5A. can. In addition, the rainwater that has passed through the horizontal sides 4B and 6B is drained into the drainage grooves 5B and 6B.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the inner end edge abutment plate 6 is moved in the vertical direction with respect to the outer end edge abutment plate 4, and shows that vertical width dimension followability can be obtained. In this way, by adjusting the swallowing lengths L 1 and L 2 of the inner edge abutment plate, it is possible to accommodate various width dimensions.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment using an inner edge pad 11 having two stages. Since a vertical side portion 11A and a horizontal side portion 11B are newly provided in the middle part of the inner side end edge backing plate 11, the design is richer in variation and depth than the above-mentioned inner side edge backing plate 6. is obtained. Moreover, a plurality of parallel small grooves 12 are carved on the outer surface of the outer edge abutting plate 4 to improve the design.
