ようにした請求項１記載のフイルター装置。 ３ 支持枠に連着しない表面に撥水性材料からな
る被覆層を付設した請求項１もしくは２記載のフ
イルター装置。 ４ 支持枠のフイルター材を連着していない側の
表面に樹脂材からなるカバー層を添設し、その外
表面を粗面状とした請求項１記載のフイルター装
置。 ５ 支持枠の周辺部に治具の係合部を設けた請求
