方の電極、ＩＣ１……発振器。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液体を収容する金属製容器内に設けた液面検出
    用電極と、他方の電極となる前記金属製容器とに
    直流電源を印加し、この両電極の間の静電容量を
    検出して液体の有無を検知するようにした液面検
    知装置において、 前記両電極間が液体で結合されていると発振状
    態にある発振回路を設け、この発振器の入力端子
    の一方に基準電圧を与え、他方にコンデンサーを
    介して前記液面検出用電極を接続する一方、前記
    発振回路の出力電圧の振幅の中間電圧を、金属製
    容器である他方電極に印加し、液体を介して静電
    容量結合関係にある両電極間に前記コンデンサー
    への充電電流を交互に流し、電極部のスケール付
    着を防止するようにしたことを特徴とする液面検
    知装置。
