[Prior Art] In recent years, the degree of integration of semiconductor devices has been increasing in the field of electronics, particularly semiconductors. Such highly integrated semiconductor devices are manufactured in a clean room or the like, and the cleanliness of the clean room is required to be high in proportion to the high degree of integration of the semiconductor devices. In order to maintain a clean room at a high level of cleanliness, an important issue is to prevent dust generation from workers inside the clean room. One type of dust generated by workers is dust generated from the dust-proof clothing worn by workers, and the second type is dust generated from the workers themselves and the underwear they wear. The third type is dust that is transmitted through dust-proof clothing, and the third type is dust that is generated from the worker's body and the underwear, etc. that the worker wears, and which is generated from the openings of clothing (cuffs, N01 neck area). It is known that there are three types of leaked dust that leaks from the surrounding area (e.g., around the face, etc.).

Conventionally, fabrics made of synthetic fiber filaments without free ends of fibers have often been used for such dustproof clothing, and the rotting of the dustproof clothing has been reduced to a low level.

Furthermore, fabrics used for dust-proof clothing have fewer problems with permeable dust due to higher density or coating treatment.

Furthermore, when a worker wears dustproof clothing made of such a low-breathability fabric, when the worker exercises, air leaks from the openings of the clothing due to fluctuations in air pressure within the clothing (this phenomenon is referred to as the "bumping effect"). On the contrary, there is a problem in that leaked dust increases.Furthermore, due to the low air permeability, the moisture inside the clothes cannot be discharged to the outside of the clothes, resulting in a strong uncomfortable feeling of stuffiness when worn.

Additionally, in order to reduce the number of openings in the clothing and prevent dust from leaking out, overall type dustproof clothing, in which the upper and lower clothing parts are integrated, is often used, which is effective in terms of dustproofing. ing. However, when exercising (particularly forward bending exercises) while wearing these overall-type dust-proof clothes, the upper and lower garments are one piece, so they cannot shift, and strong tension is applied to the fabric, especially on the buttocks and back, which can impair the exercise. It's unpleasant.

In order to improve this movement, stretchable fabrics are often used in general clothing. For example, there are examples using knitted fabrics or fabrics woven with elastic threads. However, conventional stretch fabrics have large inter-yarn gaps (open eyes) when the fabric is stretched, allowing a large amount of dust to pass through, making them unsuitable for use in dust-proof clothing, and therefore are not used.

In this way, conventional dust-proof clothing focuses only on dust-proofing properties, which sacrifices wearing comfort (stuffiness, mobility, etc.), which poses problems in terms of work efficiency and emphasis on humanity.

Preferred examples of the elastic threads used in the fabric for dustproof clothing of the present invention include those made of polyurethane-based and polyether-polyester block copolymer-based compounds. Particularly in the case of dust-proof clothing used in the semiconductor field where various chemicals are used, it is desirable to use polyether polyester block copolymer elastic threads with excellent chemical resistance. A preferred example of the denier of the elastic yarn is 30 to 100 de.

The polyester crimped yarn covering the elastic yarn must have a single fiber denier in the range of 0.5 to 3.0 de. 3. If it is 0 de or more, the number of single fibers constituting the yarn is small, and the inter-fiber voids are large, making it difficult to prevent dust from permeating, making it impossible to achieve the object of the present invention. On the other hand, if the fiber denier is less than 5 de, the strength of the single fiber is weak and it is easy to break due to external force such as friction, and fuzz is generated and becomes dust. The purpose cannot be achieved.

The polyester fibers used in the fabric for dustproof clothing of the present invention need to have crimps to prevent dust from passing through. The term crimped in the present invention refers to a thread-like fiber having loops, looseness, slack, or tangles. The polyester crimped yarn can be obtained by a known method, and preferred examples include a false twist crimping method, a method using air jet flow, and a method using differential shrinkage of fibers.

The weave structure of the fabric for dustproof clothing of the present invention must be a twill structure. In the case of a flat tissue, there are many tissue points that tend to form inter-tissue voids, and it is difficult to prevent the penetration of dust, so that the object of the present invention cannot be achieved. Conversely, in the case of a satin texture, there are too few texture points, and it is weak against external forces such as abrasion, tends to generate fluff, and generates a lot of dust, making it impossible to achieve the object of the present invention. A preferred example of the twill structure is the twill structure, which has moderate tissue points, few inter-tissue spaces, and is resistant to external forces.

The present inventors conducted various studies on the elongation of the fabric when exercising while wearing dustproof clothing made of stretchable fabric, and found that the maximum elongation was approximately 30%. That is, for a fabric for dustproof clothing that has extensibility, the dust permeability when the fabric is stretched by 30% is important. Furthermore, the degree of integration of semiconductors in recent years has been high and the interval between integrated circuits has been extremely small, and therefore the size of dust to be controlled is also required to be small. That is, in order to achieve the object of the present invention, it is necessary that the article for dustproof clothing of the present invention has a transmittance of 30% or less for dust of 01 μm or more when stretched by 30%. In the present invention, the 30% stretched state refers to a state in which the fabric is stretched 30% only in the warp and weft directions where the stretch rate is high, and the other directions are free. The dust transmittance in the present invention is 18 cm in diameter.
A sample stretched by 30% as described above was fixed on the bottom circular surface (WI port) of a metal funnel-shaped cone with a height of 20 CI+, and the sample was heated at 500 cc/min from the top of the cone.

That is, in the fabric for dust-proof clothing of the present invention, crimped yarn with a small denier is used except for the elastic yarn, and the woven structure is a twill structure, so there are few inter-yarn voids, and even the slightest inter-yarn voids can be rolled. It is covered with shrunken fibers, and has a structure with many narrow and curved voids between the fibers. The fabric with such a structure allows air to pass through it relatively easily, but dust in the air is likely to adhere to and be collected by the fibers due to Brownian motion, etc., and the dust permeability can be reduced even when the fabric is stretched. To enable a protector with excellent dust resistance, less stuffiness, and excellent wearing comfort.

Furthermore, since the fabric for dustproof clothing of the present invention uses elastic yarn, it has high extensibility, and the dustproof clothing made of the fabric has little pumping effect and is excellent in dustproof properties, and furthermore, has excellent mobility. Furthermore, the elastic yarn is coated with highly durable polyester fiber and has excellent durability.

As shown in Table 1, fabrics for dustproof clothing according to examples of the present invention,
Dust-proof clothing has excellent breathability, elongation rate, and low dust permeability.
It produces less dust when worn and is comfortable to wear. In comparison, Comparative Example 1 has poor breathability and poor wearing comfort (stuffy feeling). Comparative Example 2 has too high air permeability, poor dust permeability, generates a lot of dust when worn, and has a low elongation rate, resulting in poor wearing comfort (mobility). Comparative Example 3 has a flat structure, has a high dust transmittance, and has poor dust generation when worn. In Comparative Example 4, since the single fiber denier of the polyester crimped yarn is thick, the dust permeability is high and dust generation is poor during wearing.
