Description

The present invention relates to a fabric for a dust-proof garment and a method for producing the same, and further relates to a dust-proof garment suitable for work in a clean room.

Conventionally, as dustproof garments used in clean rooms, fabrics woven with synthetic fiber filaments at high density, and fabrics woven with conductive yarns are used, satisfying low dust generation and high filterability. Static electricity is suppressed.

However, such a dust-proof garment has a high density, so the flexibility of the fabric is lost and it is difficult to move. Therefore, stretch properties are desired.
As means for imparting stretch properties, it has been proposed to use urethane yarns or knit materials (Patent Documents 1 and 2, etc.), but these dust-proof garments are likely to deteriorate, and the dust generation properties become high. There existed a problem that filter property fell and air permeability became too high.
