Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an unpleasant feeling from occurring to passengers by calculating the number of passengers to get off to a specific floor when the cage of an elevator reaches an object floor, and setting an optimum door opening/closing time. CONSTITUTION:The number of passengers in a cage is calculated by the signal from a load detecting device 11, and reaching floor is calculated by the input signals from a reaching floor detecting device 4 and a floor detecting device 2, while the destination floor call number is calculated by the input signal from a call register button 21 respectively. And an optimum door opening time made into a data base beforehand depending on these data is called from a ROM 23, or an optimum door opening time is produced depending on the input signals and after it is stored in a RAM 24, it is called out to make into a new door opening time. As a result, by setting the door opening time longer than the door opening time depending on the sort of call, an optimum door opening time can be guaranteed to the passengers to get off. Consequently, no unpleasant feeling is given to the passengers without generating a trouble on service.

Based on the output signals from the call registration device, the 19th floor floor detection device, and the direction selection device 3, the call registration detection section 6 issues a door opening command when there is a car call on the landing floor or a hall call that matches the direction of elevator operation. Since the door opening time setting section 7 outputs a call registration detection signal g to the call registration detection section 9 and outputs a signal corresponding to the type of call registration to the door opening time setting section 7, the door opening time setting section 7 receives the signal g sent from the call registration detection section 6. The time of the door opening timer 8 is set depending on the type of call registration. For example, if the call registration is only a car call, it is 3 seconds, if it is only a hall call, it is 5 seconds, and the timer exists for both car calls and hall calls. In the case of a call for a person with a physical disability, the time is set to 7 seconds, and in the case of a call for a physically handicapped person, the time is set to 10 seconds. The door opening command unit 9 has an implantation detection bag [4
When the landing detection signal d from the door and the call registration detection signal g from the call registration detection section 6 are input, the on command i is output to the door opening timer 8. It is turned on by command i and outputs a door open command to the door opening/closing device lO, and when the door is fully opened, a time count is started based on a full door open detection signal from a door fully open detection device (not shown).
After counting the time set by the door opening time setting section 7, the door opening command is turned off.

Furthermore, the load detection unit 12 receives the signal j from the load detection device 11.
is input, the approximate number of passengers in the car is calculated, and a load detection signal k is output. In this case, the number of passengers is calculated based on the weight of about 65 kg per person, so some error is expected. In addition, the learning unit 13 inputs the number of passengers from the load detection unit 12, the landing floor, type of call, and number of occurrences from the call registration detection unit 6, and also inputs the actual number of passengers based on the answer back signal from the door opening/closing bag [10]. The system inputs the data for the time the door was open, and creates the optimal door-opening time based on this input data. The database unit 14 classifies and stores the optimal door opening times created by the learning unit 13 according to the number of passengers (2), landing floor, call type, and number of occurrences thereof.

FIG. 2 shows an example of a configuration in which the functions of each hardware configuration shown in FIG. 1 are processed and implemented by software using a microcomputer. As shown in FIG. 2, signals from a call registration button 21 such as a call button, a hall call button, a call button for physically disabled persons, etc. are sent to an input buffer under the control of a central processing unit (CPU) 22 in a microcomputer 20. 25 and stored in a random access memory (RAM) 24. Floor detection device 2. Signals from the direction selection device 3, landing detection device 4, and load detection device 11 are also stored in the RAM 24. In addition, the door opening/closing device 1 is stored in the read-only memory (ROM) 23 on the condition that there is a call registration for this landing floor after the elevator has landed on the floor.
Data necessary for issuing a door opening command at 0, or outputting a door closing command to the door opening/closing device 10 if no passenger gets on the elevator within a certain period of time after the elevator has landed and the passenger gets off is stored. There is.

When the program is started, it first determines whether or not the elevator has landed on the floor. If it is determined that the elevator has landed on the floor, it determines whether the door is open or not. If the door is open, there is a hall call in the meantime. Determine whether or not. In addition, if the door is not open or there is a hall call while the door is open, it is determined whether there is a call for a physically disabled person, and if there is a call for a physically disabled person, the door opening time is e.g.
Set to 0 seconds. If it is determined in the above that there is no call for a physically handicapped person, it is determined whether there is a hall call or a car call or not, and if there are both a hall call and a car call, the door opening time is set to 7 seconds, for example. Then there was a hall call,
If there is no car call, the door opening time is set to, for example, 5 seconds, and if there is no hall call and there is a car call signal, the door opening time is set to, for example, 3 seconds. In this way, the new data indicating the door opening time set according to the type of call registration is compared with the old data, and if the new data is larger than the value of the old data, that data is rewritten and the new data replaces the old data. If it is smaller than the value, the data will not be rewritten. Then, when the door opening time is set, a door opening command is output, and after all the doors are opened, counting of the door opening time is started, and when the counting ends, the door opening command is turned off and the door is closed.

In addition, in the flowchart of FIG. 4, the number of passengers per basket is calculated based on the signal from the load detection device 11, and the landing floor is determined based on the input signals from the landing detection device 4 and the floor detection device 2. The number of destination floor calls is calculated based on the input signal from 21, and based on these, the optimum door opening time stored in a database is called from the ROM 23, or
The learning function creates an optimal door opening time based on the input signal, stores it in the RAM 24, and then calls it and uses it as a new door opening timer.

Here, the vertical axis shows the number of passengers, the horizontal axis shows the number of destination call registrations, and the time required for one passenger to get off the train is set to, for example, about 1 second. Additionally, this database has different set values for each floor. This is because the frequency of landing is different for each floor. For example, a floor with a lobby or parking lot has more people coming in and out than a floor with offices, tenants, or residences, so the door opening time is longer. There is a need to. The number of passengers per car and the number of destination calls used here are used to predict the number of people getting off the train at the landing floor.
