【目的】 本考案は、枚葉印刷機のスインググリッパよ
り第１段印刷ユニットの圧胴まで枚葉紙を搬送する第１
中間胴において、ダブリや紙やぶれを防止することので
きるロール構造を提供するものである。 【構成】 枚葉印刷機の、枚葉紙を爪にて咬え替えしな
がらスインググリッパより第１段印刷ユニットの圧胴ま
で搬送する第１中間胴において、第１中間胴の外周面に
弾力性を有する部材を巻付け、前記第１段印刷ユニット
の圧胴と前記第１中間胴に当接圧を加える。

Description
【０００１】
本考案は枚葉印刷機の、枚葉紙を爪にて咬え替えしながら搬送するときダブリ
、紙やぶれ防止をする為の第１中間胴に関する。
【０００２】
図２にオフセット枚葉印刷機のレイアウトを示す。給紙部１に積み上げられた
枚葉紙（以下紙という）を１枚づつさばいてフィーダボード２に送り出し、フィ
ーダボード２の先端に設けられた見当合せ装置３にて天地および軸方向の位相お
よび位置を規制した後、スインググリッパ４の爪に咬えさせる。スインググリッ
パ４の爪に咬えられた紙は、まず第１中間胴５の爪に咬え替えされ、次に第１段
印刷ユニット１１ａの圧胴６の爪にて咬え替えされた後、ブランケット胴７（以
下ゴム胴）と圧胴６の間にて印刷され、中間胴９の爪に受渡される。以後紙はこ
の中間胴９より第２段印刷ユニット１１ｂの圧胴６と順次各胴の爪から爪へと受
渡され、排紙部１２の排紙胴１０のまわりを走行するチエーングリッパ１３の爪
に咬えられる。

第１中間胴から圧胴へ咬え替えする時、第１中間胴と圧胴の間には紙を通すた
めのすきまが設けてある。このすきまにて圧胴に咬え替えされた紙がばたつき、
ばたついたまま圧胴とゴム胴との間で印刷されるので、ダブリ、汚れ等の印刷障
害や紙破れを生じ問題となる。

前記紙のばたつき、紙やぶれを防止するため、
（１）第１中間胴に弾力性のある部材を巻付ける。
（２）圧胴と第１中間胴の両胴間に当接圧を加える。

圧胴と第１中間胴との間には、少くとも紙厚だけの当接圧（印圧）が作用する
ので、紙がばたつかなくなる。

図１に本考案による枚葉印刷機のダブリ、紙破れ防止装置を示す。図２に示す
レイアウトにて、第１中間胴５の外周面に弾力性のある部材２１を巻付け、圧胴
６と第１中間胴５との間に、紙のばたつきが止まるまで印圧を加える。（すきま
がマイナスになる）。尚すきまが零でも、両胴間に紙厚だけの印圧がかかってい
る。

圧胴と第１中間胴との間に印圧がかかった状態とし、第１中間胴の外周面に弾
力性の材料を巻きつけることにより、紙はばたつかなくなり、ダブリ、紙破れ等
の問題が解消する。

- 【請求項１】 枚葉印刷機の、枚葉紙を爪にて咬え替え
しながらスインググリッパより第１段印刷ユニットの圧
胴まで搬送する第１中間胴において、第１中間胴の外周
面に弾力性を有する部材を巻付け、前記第１段印刷ユニ
ットの圧胴と前記第１中間胴に当接圧を加え得るように
したことを特徴とする枚葉印刷機の第１中間胴。
