    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 口頚部４を起立する容器体１と、上記口頚部４
    の上端面を閉塞する頂壁８下面から垂下する筒部
    ９を口頚部内面に嵌合させると共に、該筒部内方
    の頂壁部分に破断線１１を周設した栓体７と、上
    記破断線１１が囲む頂壁部分外縁一部から頂壁直
    径方向かつ斜上方向へ摘み片下半部１４を突出す
    ると共に、その突出端から弾性屈曲部１５を介し
    て折返し状に摘み片上半部１６を突出する帯状摘
    み片１２と、上記口頚部４外面に嵌合筒２０を嵌
    合させると共に、該嵌合筒の上端に付設した内向
    きフランジ状壁２２下面と口頚部４上面とで上記
    頂壁８外周部を挟持させ、更に、内向きフランジ
    状壁２２の内周部から起立した注出筒２３の上端
    開口面を蓋板２４により開閉自在に閉塞させ、該
    蓋板の後部と上記嵌合筒２０の後部とをヒンジ２
    ８を介して連結したキヤツプ１９とからなるキヤ
    ツプ付き合成樹脂製容器。
