〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 しかし、鋳物製のホイールにあつては、軸受ボ
スとブレーキドラムをそれぞれ別々に成形し、そ

湯するが、その場合、注湯時の湯の圧力の影響
や、注湯されたアルミダイキヤストの冷却速度が
鋳型内の部分部分で異なることから軸受ボスとブ
レーキドラムとの位置ずれや撓みが多々発生す
る。そのため、ホイールを取り出した後、軸受ボ
スの内径および外径、ドラム内径、あるいはリム
を取付ける部分を機械加工仕上げする必要が生じ

作業が必要となつている。従つて、多くの工程を
必要として成形費が嵩み、生産性が悪いという問
