の補強材を貫通するネジ孔を通して上記のヨーク部とピ
ストン部がボルト接合されていることを特徴とする分割
形キャリパに存し、これにより所期の目的を収めたもの

の補強材を軽金属で鋳ぐるんだもので形成し、ヨーク部
とピストン部をボルト接合するに当り上記の補強材を介
して結合したものであり、これによりボルト接合時のネ
ジ強度の向上を図ることができる他、キャリパの剛性,
高温強度の向上および軽量化を図りかつ補強材がプレス
成形できることから量産性,コストの面で有効である等
の利点があり、更に又補強材が一体成形されているため
鋳ぐるみ時の位置決めが容易である等の種々の優れた効

がボルト接合されていることを特徴とする分割形キャリ
