ことは困難であり、このため小径車輪には適用す
ることができないと共に、スポーク先端がリムの
内周数箇所において固定されているため、該スポ
ークの固定部分におけるリムには大きな集中荷重
が作用し、剛性の高いフランジ付リムを用いない
と、変形する虞れがある。また、実開昭55−
160901号公報には、リムをロール成形で形成し、
スポーク及びハブを鋳造により成形し、両者を一
体に接合した軽合金製車輪が示されているが、該
軽合金製車輪は、鋳造に際しての湯流れを確保す
るため、スポークは多数の腕を放射状に突出した
リングレス状にする必要があり、従つて一体構造
の鋳造車輪に比して鋳造欠陥が少なくなるといえ
ども、依然として鋳造欠陥の虞れがあると共に、
前述従来例と同様に、スポーク先端がリム内周数
箇所において固定されているため、衝撃荷重等に
よりリムの変形が発生する虞れがある。

きると共に、塑性硬化により強度が向上してい
る。そして、リム2はその両側に外径側に突出し
て耳部6,6を、またこれら耳部に隣接してビー
ド座部7,7を、更に両ビード座部の間にドロツ
プ部9を有しており、またドロツプ部9における
底面10即ちリム内周面は平坦状になつている。
一方、スポーク3はアルミ合金の押出し加工によ
り成形された所定断面からなる型材をその長手方
向に直交するように、所定幅にて輪切りにし、更
に必要に応じて内外面及び側面を切削加工して形
成されており、従つて押出し加工に基づき、精度
が高く、かつピンホール又はブローホール等の鋳
造欠陥のない製品を連続的に得ることができると
共に、平行に輪切り加工することと相俟つて、
100%近い材料の歩留りを得ることができる。そ
して、スポーク3は所定内径よりなる内側リング
11及び所定外径よりなる外側リング12を有し
ており、更にこれら両リング11,12が同芯状
に位置するように、両リング11,12に渡つて
多数の放射方向に延びるリブ13…が形成されて

肉部16が形成されており、また外側リング12

り、鋼材よりなるブレーキドラム20及び車軸用
ボス21が鋳込まれて形成されている。そして、

ーホール等の鋳造欠陥が発生せず、また、スポー
ク3は内側リング11、外側リング12及びこれ
ら両リング11,12に渡つて延びている多数の
リブ13を有しているので、極めて頑丈な構成と
なり、かつ薄肉に形成でき、大幅な軽量化を図る
ことができる。また、リム2の平坦状内周面10
にスポーク3の外側リング12を嵌合して固定す
ると共に、スポーク3の内側リング11にハブ5
を嵌合して固定したので、リブ2はその内周面1
0全長に渡つて外側リング12で補強されて、集
中荷重が作用することがなく、軽合金製リム2に
起因する抗張力の低下にかかわらず、衝撃荷重等
に対しても極めて強い構成となつていると共に、
リム2、スポーク3及びハブ5との間の接触面が
