であるとの理由から外周、端面を清掃する装置が設けら

ついては、従来から問題が多くあり、何ら技術的対応が
されておらず、各部署で対応を迫られていた。 本発明は上記事情に鑑みなされたもので、コイル等の円

塵埃を効果的に、かつ装置で除去することを目的として
、塵埃除去に対応する手作業を解消し、加えて設備の自
動化を可能とさせることのできる塵埃除去装置を提供す
ることを目的とするものである。

からなる端面除塵ブラシを円筒状製品の端面へ接触させ
て清掃するようになっている。旋回除塵ブラシ(5)が
コイル製品軸心を略旋回中心として製品に添って旋回す
るが、吊アーム(2)の存在によって旋回除塵できない
部分、すなわち、 コイル製品端面の上部173程度を
上下動端面除塵ブラシ(4)が回転しながら上下動して
除塵する。以上によりコイル製品端面を隈なく清掃する

る塵埃の飛散が微少または皆無に近くなり、二次汚染を
防止することが可能で製品の品質向上による信頼性も向
上されるようになった。
