イル外周には工場内外で飛散した塵埃が付着し、製品価
値の低下、ユーザーでの不都合すなわち、ユーザー工場

となる等の問題があった。特に、コイル外周部に堆積し
た塵埃については、堆積面積が大きいことからも問題が
多くあった。また、堆積した塵埃の分布はコイル中心よ

吊具をコイル内径に挿入して吊り上げるため、ハンドリ

り、何ら技術的対応がされておらず、各部署で対応を迫
られていた。 本発明は上記事情に鑑みなされたもので、コイル等の円
筒状梱包製品(以下円筒物と略記)の外周に付着した塵
埃を効果的に、かつ装置で除去することを目的として、
塵埃除去に対応する手作業を解消し、゛加えて設備の自
動化を可能とさせることのできる塵埃除去方法及び装置
を提供することを目的とするものである。

次汚染を防止することが可能で製品の品質向上による信
頼性も向上されるようになった。
