Recently, there have been remarkable developments in various optical connectors for such parts, but most of them are linear optical connectors. On the other hand, optical communication devices are also required to be mounted in high density due to the miniaturization of various parts and elements, and the optical transmission lines used therein are also required to be arranged in a small space. In such cases, the optical fiber connection to the circuit device using the conventional optical connector described above has a limit in miniaturizing the device because it requires a space for the optical fiber connector to protrude orthogonally and a bending allowance for the optical fiber.

(3) Structure of the Invention The above object is the gist of the structure of the present invention. This is achieved by forming an angular surface by the two surfaces, and attaching an optical path deflection assembly to the angular surface to connect the optical path between the optical fiber and the optical fiber connector coupling part. It is possible to provide a simple optical connector with high precision and excellent manufacturability.

On the outside of the hole 2 side, there is a C made of spring material in the circumferential groove 6.
The C-shaped ring 7 is fitted into the inner circumferential groove 10 of the bag-shaped nut 9 having the screw 8, and the C-shaped ring 7 expands and returns to fit therein, thereby preventing the nut 9 from moving in the axial direction so as to be rotatable.

The coating of the optical fiber cord 15 is peeled off for a predetermined length at the tip end, and the optical fiber core wire 16 is exposed.
The core wire 16 is inserted into the center hole 18 of the optical fiber support sleeve 17, which has been finished with accurate dimensions, and the distal end surface is optically finished. The outer periphery of the support sleeve 17 fits accurately into the hole 3, but the large diameter portion 4 fits into the optical fiber cord holding sleeve 19 against the stepped portion 20, and the adhesive injected into the grooves 21 on the inner and outer circumferences. It is fixed by the agent 22.

In other words, the support sleeve 17 and the holding sleeve 19 are press-fitted and adhesively fixed in advance, and the ends of the optical fiber cord 15 are peeled off and finished with insertion and adhesive. Return the tapered tapered rubber bushing 25 that was previously inserted onto the cover and insert the groove 26 in the end of the retaining sleeve 19.
This protects the fitting cord 15 from sudden bending. The taper 27 in the support sleeve 17 facilitates the insertion of the core wire 16 and ensures the amount of adhesive 24.

(5) Effects of the Invention As described above, the optical connector of the present invention has an optical fiber attachment part and an optical fiber connector coupling part in the connector body, and a part where the optical axes of the optical fiber attachment part and the optical fiber connector intersect. By providing an angular surface formed by a surface orthogonal to the optical axis of the optical fiber connector, and providing an optical path deflection assembly that connects the optical path of the optical fiber and the optical fiber connector to this angular surface, it is extremely simple and easy to manufacture. The practical effect of being able to obtain high precision and connect optical circuits in a limited space is remarkable.
