この発明はフリツチの製造装置に関するもので

とにより製造されている。このようにして製造さ
れたフリツチは、積層面に平行にスライスするこ
とにより集成化粧単板化される。ところが、この
方法では、上型1と下型2との間で積層体3を圧
締する際に、接着剤の硬化がなかなか進まないた
め、圧締時に高周波誘電加熱を施すことが考えだ
され一部ですでに実施されている。すなわち、第
2図に示すように、上型1の凸状わん曲型面に高
周波電極の陽極板4を配設するとともに、上型1
と下型2との間に、上型1、下型2間の空間を挟
んで対峙するように一対の陰極板(高周波電極
の)5を設け、上型1と下型2の間に、複数枚の
木質単板を接着剤を介して積層した積層体6を入
れ、圧締と同時に陽極板4と陰極板5の間に高周
波をかけ、積層体6を高周波誘電加熱して接着剤
の硬化を促進させることが行われている。この場
合、下型2に高周波電極の陰極板を設けず、別個
に陰極板5を設けたのはつぎのような理由によ
る。すなわち、木質単板をあまり多く積層する
と、圧締時に型1,2による変形が充分行われな
くなることから、木質単板を小分けして積層し、
ある小分け分の圧締、高周波印加がすんだのち、
その上に新たな小分け分を重ねて圧締、高周波印
加することが必要となる。そして、常に新たな小
分け分を強く加熱しようとすれば、第2図に示す
ように、上型1に陽極板4を配設するとともに、
上型1と下型2との間に陰極板5を配設して高周
波誘電加熱をすることが望ましいからである。第
2図において、7は陰極板5支持アーム、8は高
周波電界である。ところが、上記のように陽極板
4と陰極板5とを位置決めすると、陽極板4と陰
極板5の板面とが平行状態にはならないため第3
図模式図の如く、陽極板4と陰極板5との間の距
離が各部分で異なるようになる。第3図におい
て、6は積層体である。すなわち、距離の短い積
層体6の端部側6aでは高周波加熱の際に温度が
高くなり、距離の長い中央部6bでは温度が低く
なり、中央部6bに接着不良が生じるという現象
が生じていた。
