Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce die control manhour by interlocking data of a data registering part provided on a die to a press controller. CONSTITUTION:The data registering part 2 is provided in the die 1 used for press-forming to register various data regarding the die 1 in this data registering part 2. On one hand, on the side of the press is provided with a data detecting and transmitting device 4 which reads data from this data registering part 2 and transmits it to a press controller 5. In this way, when the die is set in the press, various data in the data registering part 2 are read and each part is controlled automatically based on that, therefore, a die changing time is reduced, the die control manhour is reduced and the productivity can be improved.

[Means and effects for solving the problem] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a data registration section in a part of a mold used for press molding, and stores various types of the mold in this data registration section. In addition to registering the data, the press side is equipped with a data detection and transmitter that reads data from the data registration section and transmits it to the press control device, so that the mold data management side of the press body can record data for each mold. This eliminates the need to register and manage various data in the press. When a mold is set in the press, the data registered in the data registration section is sent to the press control device, and each part of the press automatically operates based on this data. The present invention provides a data registration device for press molds that can be adjusted according to the following conditions.

Furthermore, by making the data registration section 2 removable from the mold 1, the data registration section 2 can be taken out from the mold 1 and the necessary data can be read out from a dedicated external data provided outside the equipment.
The data may be registered by the writing device 19, and in this case, in order to prevent the data registration section 2 of another mold 1 from being attached by mistake, the data from the mold identification device 17 and the mold in the data registration section 2 may be registered. Damage to the mold 1 can be prevented by providing an ink clock circuit that checks the No. data and prohibits the press operation on the press control device 5 side when the data does not match.
