Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable automation of printing, acceleration of printing speed, improvement and verification with printer recording by constituting the subject device with a means to print the same number as a molding number to be output to a printer on a molding and a moving means to cause a printing means to approach and separate from the molding. CONSTITUTION:When a product delivery device 2 is fixed on the upper surface of a stationary mold mounting slab 4 and mold opening process begins, an elevator plate 3 vertically travels between a fixed mold 6 and the parting surface of a mobile mold 7. In this way, the whole molding number printer 1 can be caused to access and leave a plastic molding 8. The same molding number output as a molding number output to be supplied to a printer 32 from a control device 9 is transmitted to a printing device 1 for the molding 8 to print the molding 8. In addition, data corresponding to a molding number entered into an abnormal molding 8 is checked, and settings and actual measurements for molding conditions by the printer 32 are studied to determine the cause and effect relation by the printer 32 for remedy to prevent production of rejects.
