《Conventional technology and problems》 Generally, the size of a hospital room is determined in advance by the number of patients to be accommodated.
The position where the patient's bed will be installed and the position of the medical equipment unit to be attached to the wall surface corresponding to the bed position are also determined.

For this reason, before finishing the wall of the building, it is necessary to determine the position of burying the mounting reinforcing material for fixing the above unit, the position of connecting holes to be formed in the mounting reinforcing material, and the formation position of electricity and gas outlets. It was necessary to have numerous meetings between the construction company and the manufacturer of the medical equipment unit, and furthermore, it was necessary to make changes to manufacturing drawings and architectural drawings depending on the results of the meetings.

Furthermore, due to an insufficient meeting or some kind of communication error, when installing the unit on the wall, the mounting hole and the mounting reinforcing material were not aligned at all, and the medical equipment unit was hurriedly installed at the site. This required a great deal of effort, such as having to re-form the mounting hole or the outlet.

For this purpose, a hook is provided protruding from the back of the back plate of the unit body, and a horizontal rail that can be engaged with the hook is combined with the unit body, and the rail is first fixed to the reinforcing support material buried in the wall surface, and then A method is provided in which the hook of the unit body is locked to this rail, and the unit body is fixed to the wall surface with screws at an arbitrary position. (Jitsukai 58-84114
In this case, if the screws are fastened in a place where the mounting reinforcing material is not located (because the screw holes in the medical equipment unit are already provided), the screws will loosen over many years of use, and the unit will lose its hook. Since it is only fixed to the rail, it may wobble,
When it was unexpectedly lifted upwards due to an earthquake, etc., there was a risk that it would become unlatched and fall.

<Purpose and structure of the present invention> The present invention provides a medical equipment unit that has a simple structure, can be manufactured at low cost, can be mounted on a wall reliably and stably, and can easily extract electricity and gas from the wall. It is designed to have at least one of a medical gas extraction device such as oxygen compressed air, or electrical equipment such as an outlet, a nurse call, and a ground terminal, and is designed to be connected to the head of the patient's bed. In medical equipment units that are fixed to mounting reinforcing materials buried inside the upper side walls,
The upper and lower engagement protrusions protrude forward from the upper part of the back side at a predetermined distance from each other in the vertical direction, thereby forming a mounting opening in the width direction, and the upper and lower engagement protrusions are formed in the mounting opening. A fixing metal fitting having an engaging protrusion that engages with the piece is held so as to be slidable in the width direction,
A screw is inserted from the front into a mounting hole formed in the fixing metal fitting, and the fixing metal fitting and the mounting reinforcing member are screwed and fixed to the wall surface.

<<Effects of the present invention>> As described above, the present invention forms a mounting opening across the width at the upper part of the back side, has a fixing fitting slidably provided in the mounting opening, and connects the fixing fitting to the wall surface. Since the mounting reinforcing material buried in the wall is fixed with screws, by sliding the fixing metal fittings into the buried position of the mounting reinforcing material, the medical equipment unit can be securely and stably fixed to the wall surface of the building. It can be easily installed according to the situation at the installation site, and since the opening for installation is formed across the width, there is no problem of misalignment of the outlet for gas, electricity, etc. Even in the case of a lightweight steel partition wall, there is no need to provide additional reinforcement for installation, and it can be fixed at the stud position.
Not only does it not require any processing work at the installation site,
When configuring the walls of a building, there is no need for multiple meetings with the builder as in the past, and there is no need to change production drawings at all, and the processing of the product is unified regardless of the installation site. Therefore, it is suitable for mass production and can be manufactured at low cost.

Furthermore, the mounting opening is formed by upper and lower engagement protrusions that protrude forward with a predetermined interval from each other in the vertical direction, and the fixing metal fitting has an engagement protrusion that engages with the upper and lower engagement protrusions. Since the fixing bracket is held in the mounting opening, the fixing bracket will not fall unexpectedly when connecting the fixing bracket and the mounting reinforcing material, making the connection work very easy. It is.
