となし、前記アーム状支柱の自由端側には、レー
ザー光用光学系と撮像系とが内蔵された筺体の下
部に連結し、レーザー光をコリメータレンズと基
準原器とを通して下方の被検査体に照射せしめる
レーザー光射出用筒体を固定するとともに、前記
筒状支柱の内部には、上端が前記筺体に連結され
