〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、タイヤ成形機用ステッチャ−ホイールに係
わり、更に詳しくはベルト或形ドラム上で、キャップト
レッド等を仮圧着させるステッチャ−ホイールの改良に
関するものである.〔従来の技術〕
従来、ベルト成形ドラムに巻付けたキャップトレッド等
のタイヤ構威部材を、周方向及び幅方向に対して寸法を
安定させるために、ステッチャー装置に設けられたステ
ッチャ−ホイールにより圧着させることが行われている
.ところで、従来のステッチャー装置のステッチ゛ヤー
ホイールには種々の形状や、構造のものが提案されてい
る.例えばキャップトレッドの表面を圧着できるように
、太鼓状に形成したり、また複数の円板状のロールを回
転自在に配列したり(特開昭58−134731号公報
)、更に複数本のロールをスプリングを介して一定の弾
性力により附勢させ、キャップトレッドの形状に追従さ
せながら圧着させるものである(特開昭62−1408
31号公報).
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
然しなから、太鼓状に形或したステッチャ−ホイールは
、種々の形状のキャップトレッドに対応することは出来
ず、従って形状が異なるキャップトレッドを圧着させる
場合には、その形状に対応するステッチャ−ホイールと
交換しなければならず、またキャップトレッド中央部し
か圧着できないと言う問題があり、また複数の円板状の
ロールを配設したものや、スプリングを介して追従させ
る形式のステッチャ−ホイールは、ベルトの成形時間が
かかるため、生産性の向上を図ることが出来ず、また構

に比べて簡単であるので、安価に製作出来る効果がある
