Abstract

)、更に複数本のロールをスプリングを介して一定の弾
性力により附勢させ、キャップトレッドの形状に追従さ
せながら圧着させるものである(特開昭62−1408
31号公報). 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 然しなから、太鼓状に形或したステッチャ−ホイールは
、種々の形状のキャップトレッドに対応することは出来
ず、従って形状が異なるキャップトレッドを圧着させる
場合には、その形状に対応するステッチャ−ホイールと
交換しなければならず、またキャップトレッド中央部し
か圧着できないと言う問題があり、また複数の円板状の
ロールを配設したものや、スプリングを介して追従させ
る形式のステッチャ−ホイールは、ベルトの成形時間が
かかるため、生産性の向上を図ることが出来ず、また構
造が複雑となって装置が高価となる問題があった。

高い貼付け作業を行うことが出来、また構造が従来装置
に比べて簡単であるので、安価に製作出来る効果がある
