Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the beautiful decorative plate having the curved surface matching to operational condition easily by a method in which the decorative plate is composed of a plurality of synthetic resin coating layers formed on the gypsum plate mixed with the flexible fiber by contained water and the printed decorative layer provided between said layers, and the glass transition temperature of said resin is set to be equal to the temperature of normal use or lower, and then the construction applicable to the object to be worked with a curved surface, is used. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a base 1 is coated with Toa asbestos sealer No.20 as stock solution to improve the adhesion of a coating layer, and a sealer layer 2 is formed by drying it naturally. Next, the whole area of the sealing layer 2 is uniformly coated with the acryl urethane resin coating having opacifying property and the regulated glass transition temperature of at most 0 deg.C. Then, said material is stayed in the drying furnace of the hot blast of 80 deg.C for five minutes, thereby forming a coating layer 3. While said surface is kept at most 30 deg.C, a transferring film is pressure-bonded on the surface of the coating layer 3 by the roll heated to at least 150 deg.C, and the ink printed on said film is caused to permeate into the coating layer 3, thereby forming a printed surface 4. Then a clear 5 is formed by hot blast drying for five minutes. Thus, the decorative plate of ceramic industry with printed decorative layer may be obtained.

Conventionally, the interior of buildings has been made up of a combination of not only flat parts but also curved parts that can emphasize the spaciousness and elegance of the space. One way to make these curved parts look beautiful on the outside is to use natural materials, such as In addition to directly carving materials such as wood or marble, or pasting decorative plates such as tiles onto them, in recent years, artificial marble, glass, etc. have been used as materials, and they have been carved into curved shapes with a predetermined radius of curvature. There are methods such as forming a shaped decorative material, or forming a decorative surface on an iron or aluminum plate and then shaping it into a predetermined curved surface.

Among the above methods, the method of carving out natural materials to make decorative bodies has been used for a long time, but it requires a lot of time and effort, is heavy, and is expensive, and is not a simple method. It's hard to say. In addition, glassy materials must be manufactured in a factory with a predetermined radius of curvature, and the artificial large pI!
The same is true for resin-based materials such as stone, and their fireproof performance is also inferior.

In view of the above, the present inventors focused on ceramic base materials with excellent fire retardancy and heat resistance, and in particular, developed a recently developed material called fiber-mixed gypsum board, which is made of gypsum, pulp, asbestos, glass fiber, etc. Structure of a decorative laminate that uses ceramic material as a base material and allows highly decorative printed decoration to be applied to a curved surface by utilizing its hydrous flexibility, and a method for processing this decorative laminate into a curved surface. We aim to provide the following.

The ceramic decorative board having a printed decorative layer of the present invention includes a plurality of composite or resin paint layers formed on a fiber mud-filled gypsum board that contains water and has flexibility, and a printed decorative layer provided between these paint layers. A decorative board consisting of the following, wherein the glass transition point temperature of the composite resin coating layer in a cured state is below the ordinary temperature, and the structure is such that it can be applied to a workpiece having a curved surface. There is also a method for processing this decorative board into a curved board shape.
Initially, a ceramic decorative board with a printed decorative layer formed into a flat plate was hydrated and made sufficiently bendable.
It is dried and solidified while being pressed against a predetermined curved surface to obtain a decorative board with a desired curvature.

A ceramic decorative laminate having a printed veneer shaped into a flat plate is kept in stock in advance, and if necessary, a shape material is prepared in consideration of the curvature of the workpiece, and water is first removed to form the decorative laminate of the present invention. After confirming that it has softened to a sufficiently bendable state, press it tightly against the mold material and dry and harden it while maintaining this state to create a printed makeup with the desired curvature. It becomes a ceramic decorative board with layers.

Next, hot air drying at 80° C. is performed for 5 minutes to form Clear J-5. The base material thus obtained is placed on a shelf and left for about 6 hours, and then stacked on a pallet with paper mounts in between. Through the above steps, a ceramic decorative board having a printed decorative layer of the present invention is obtained.

Now, when attaching to a cylinder with a diameter of 600 ms, cut out a length equivalent to half of its circumference as a width, hold it horizontally with the back side facing up, sprinkle it with water, and leave it for 5 minutes to make sure that the base material has absorbed enough water. By the way, the decorative laminate is pressed against a separately prepared column or cylindrical shape having a diameter of 580+nm, and while pressing both ends with hands, the decorative laminate is brought into close contact with the cylinder, and the decorative laminate is appropriately fixed with a band or the like.

To accelerate the release of moisture, drying can be accelerated by preparing a mold with many holes of about 10 m in diameter. After sufficiently drying and solidifying in this manner, the band was removed to obtain a decorative board with a semicircular curved surface.

Since the ceramic decorative board of the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be easily bent on any 11111 workpiece, so it can be kept in stock in flat form at all times. This makes it possible and effective for manufacturing control. Furthermore, since the printing decorative layer can be applied in advance in a flat plate state, it is not necessary to prepare a transfer device Pi that meets the printing conditions for many curved surfaces, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. In addition, when processing a single mountain surface, it can be bent without heating and solidified by drying, regardless of the curvature, so it can easily meet the construction conditions without damaging the decorative surface. It is possible to create beautiful decorative boards with curved surfaces.
