。Conventionally, the interior of buildings has been made up of a combination of not only flat parts but also curved parts that can emphasize the spaciousness and elegance of the space. One way to make these curved parts look beautiful on the outside is to use natural materials, such as In addition to directly carving materials such as wood or marble, or pasting decorative plates such as tiles onto them, in recent years, artificial marble, glass, etc. have been used as materials, and they have been carved into curved shapes with a predetermined radius of curvature. There are methods such as forming a shaped decorative material, or forming a decorative surface on an iron or aluminum plate and then shaping it into a predetermined curved surface.

It's hard to say. In addition, glassy materials must be manufactured in a factory with a predetermined radius of curvature, and the artificial large pI!
The same is true for resin-based materials such as stone, and their fireproof performance is also inferior.

A decorative board consisting of the following, wherein the glass transition point temperature of the composite resin coating layer in a cured state is below the ordinary temperature, and the structure is such that it can be applied to a workpiece having a curved surface. There is also a method for processing this decorative board into a curved board shape.
Initially, a ceramic decorative board with a printed decorative layer formed into a flat plate was hydrated and made sufficiently bendable.
It is dried and solidified while being pressed against a predetermined curved surface to obtain a decorative board with a desired curvature.

After confirming that it has softened to a sufficiently bendable state, press it tightly against the mold material and dry and harden it while maintaining this state to create a printed makeup with the desired curvature. It becomes a ceramic decorative board with layers.

I. @910IIll, a base material with a length of 1820 mm was used. The base material ↓ is a fiber-mixed gypsum board, and first, the surface of the base material t is ground using a wide belt sander with No. 150 abrasive grain. Next, the surface was smoothed using the same widebell 1 sander with abrasive grain size 240. Then, in order to improve the adhesion of the paint layer to the surface of the base material, apply Toa Asbestos Sealer No. 20 as a undiluted solution using a roll coater at 6 g/cm.

The base material thus obtained is placed on a shelf and left for about 6 hours, and then stacked on a pallet with paper mounts in between. Through the above steps, a ceramic decorative board having a printed decorative layer of the present invention is obtained.

By the way, the decorative laminate is pressed against a separately prepared column or cylindrical shape having a diameter of 580+nm, and while pressing both ends with hands, the decorative laminate is brought into close contact with the cylinder, and the decorative laminate is appropriately fixed with a band or the like.

。Since the ceramic decorative board of the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be easily bent on any 11111 workpiece, so it can be kept in stock in flat form at all times. This makes it possible and effective for manufacturing control. Furthermore, since the printing decorative layer can be applied in advance in a flat plate state, it is not necessary to prepare a transfer device Pi that meets the printing conditions for many curved surfaces, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. In addition, when processing a single mountain surface, it can be bent without heating and solidified by drying, regardless of the curvature, so it can easily meet the construction conditions without damaging the decorative surface. It is possible to create beautiful decorative boards with curved surfaces.
