商品価値は極めて高い.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin with an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000 and a deacetylation rate of 40 to 60%.
01 to 10% by weight of hair cosmetics. This is a hair cosmetic that gives body to the hair and is not sticky or stiff. [Prior art and its problems] In recent years, the frequency of hair washing has increased, as represented by the trend of morning hair washing among young women, and the associated frequent use of hair rinses, hair treatments, and blow-drying has weakened the elasticity of H-hair. A problem has occurred. Hair liquid, hair tonic, hair blow cream, hair mousse, pomade, hair spray, etc. have been known as cosmetics that have hair styling and setting effects on hair. These cosmetics usually contain nonionic surfactants such as boroxyethylene butyl ether to impart hair styling and setting effects.
Oil agents such as lanolin, or polyvinylpyrrolidone,
Polymer compounds such as protein hydrolysates are used. However, when nonionic surfactants and oils such as borioxyethylene butyl ether and lanolin are used, the hair becomes sticky, while when high molecular compounds such as protein hydrolysates are used, the hair becomes stiff. There was a problem. [Problem of the present invention] An object of the present invention is to obtain a hair cosmetic that gives body to the hair, is free from stickiness and stiffness, and has an excellent feeling of use. That is, the present invention relates to a hair cosmetic containing 0.01 to 10% by weight of water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin with an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000 and a deacetylation rate of 40 to 60%. The ellipse of the present invention will be explained in detail below. The water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin with a deacetylation rate of 40 to 60% used in the present invention is represented by the general formula (A). [Means for Solving the Problems] In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have made extensive efforts to improve the feel of hair cosmetics, the effect of giving back to the hair, etc., in order to overcome the problems of the prior art. As a result of repeated research, hair cosmetics containing 0.01 to 10% by weight of water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin with an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000 and a deacetylation rate of 40 to 60% have been found to be effective against hair loss. They found that it gives firmness and shine, and has no stickiness or stiffness, giving an excellent feeling of use.Based on this knowledge, the present invention was completed. Water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin is, for example, JP-A-53
It is obtained by the method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 47479, and the average molecular weight and deacetylation rate can be controlled by appropriately setting the reaction temperature and reaction time. This method is a method in which naturally produced chitin is homogeneously alkaline hydrolyzed in an aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution with a concentration of 5 to 50% at a temperature below 50°C. Average molecular weight 100,000 to 1
Water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin with a deacetylation rate of 40 to 60% at 1,000,000 ml has excellent adsorption to hair and film-forming ability, and the formed film is strong, so when added to hair cosmetics, You can obtain a product that gives body to the hair and has an extremely excellent feel without stickiness or stiffness. If the average molecular weight of the partially deacetylated chitin is less than 100,000, excellent hair styling and setting effects cannot be obtained, and if it is more than 1,000,000, the BM hair becomes stiff and the feeling of use is poor. In addition, if the deacetylation rate is less than 40% or more than 60%,
Solubility in water decreases significantly, rendering it impractical. The hair cosmetic of the present invention can be a solution, an emulsion, a paste mixture,
It can be in any form such as powder. In addition, the hair cosmetics of the present invention can be used as hair cosmetics, hair nourishing agents, blue hair agents, hair treatments, hair creams, perfume oils, hair liquids, setting lotions, and hair sprays.
These include hair dye, hair bleach, color rinse, color spray, and permanent wave liquid. The amount of water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin in the hair cosmetic of the present invention varies depending on the purpose, but is usually 0.01
-10% by weight, preferably 0.05-5% by weight.
If the blending amount is 0.01% by weight, the effect of water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin will not appear, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the feeling of use as a cosmetic will be poor, making it impractical. .. In addition to the above-mentioned water-soluble partially deacetylated chitin, the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention may contain appropriate amounts of other components commonly used in cosmetic compositions, if necessary. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Table 1 Film Formation, Film Strength Test ++ A 42% sample aqueous solution was applied to the surface of release paper using a roll coater and dried at 120°C for 5 minutes. At this time, the film formability was evaluated visually, and the film strength was evaluated using a universal tensile tester (Tensilon manufactured by Orientek Co., Ltd.). Display the results

Furthermore, no film was obtained with chitosan hydrochloride. The evaluation of product effects in the L method examples and comparative examples is as follows. A panel of 20 (aged 17 to 45 years, 4 men, 16 women) evaluated each item on a five-point scale. The score was 5 points if the feel was favorable, 4 points if it was somewhat favorable, 3 points if it was fair, 2 points if it was slightly unfavorable, and 1 point if it was unfavorable. The average of the 5-level ratings was calculated and the results were displayed as shown below. ◎ ;4.5~5. 0 0: 3. 5-4.4 Δ: 2.5-3.4 X: 1. 5-2.4 XX: 1. 0 ~ 1.4 The two items evaluated were ■Strength of the hair and ■Feeling of the hair (no stiffness or stickiness).
