の図であつて、第１図は、本考案に係わる縫製表
皮カバーＣを覆い被せたシートＳの背持たれ部の
斜視図、第２図は、縫製表皮カバーＣの縫製途中
の拡大断面図、第３図は、第１図のＸ−Ｘ線拡大
断面図である。第４図ないし第６図は、いずれも
従来の縫製表皮カバー１０，２０，３０の拡大断
面図である。 本考案を構成している主要部分の符号の説明は
以下の通りである。 Ｃ…縫製表皮カバー、Ｓ…車輌用シート、１…基
礎芯材、２…補助芯材、３…表皮材、４…縫糸、
５…溝部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車輌用シートに覆い被せて使用される縫製表皮
カバーであつて、 帯板状の基礎芯材と、同じく帯板状の補助芯材
と、表皮材とで構成され、基礎芯材と補助芯材と
の間で表皮材の端部を挟み込んで、これらを基礎
芯材の幅方向の端部に縫着して表皮材を折り返す
ことにより、基礎芯材が底部となつて、相対向す
る表皮材の折り返し部分の間に深い溝部を形成し
たことを特徴とする車輌用シートに使用される縫
製表皮カバー。
