- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電気−機械エネルギー変換素子に電気信号を印
加することによつて振動体に生じる振動波によつ
て振動体と、該振動体に接触した部材とが相対移
動する振動波アクチユエータにおいて、 前記電気−機械エネルギー変換素子の所定の電
極を短絡する短絡用塗料を常時加圧手段によつて
加圧する様にしたことを特徴とする振動波アクチ
ユエータ。
