Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による放電加工装
置において電極取付け定盤に設けた圧電素子によ
る補助位置決め機構図、第２図はこの考案による
軸移動指令信号の流れ図、第３図は従来の放電加
工装置の構成図である。 図において、１０は電極、１１は電極取付け定
盤、１４，１５，１６は電極取付け補助定盤、１
７，１８，１９は圧電素子である。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 被加工物と電極との間に電圧を印加して該被加
工物と該電極との間に放電を発生させ、該放電に
よつて該被加工物を加工する放電加工装置におい
て、該電極を取り付けるための定盤に圧電素子を
アクチユエータとする高速微細位置決め機構を備
えるとともに、位置決め指令のうち高調波成分を
該高速微細位置決め機構に与える制御装置を備え
たことを特徴とする放電加工装置。
